My wife and I wanted a Kia Sportage Hybrid since the new design came out, in the hard to get blue with the white interior. We ordered one in September of 2022 from our local Ithaca dealer. 10 months later we still had not received our car and as the dealer stated, the order hadn't been picked up by Kia!We were in the Watertown area for a celebration and on the way back we stopped at Drivers Village/Burdick Kia. They had the exact car that we wanted on the lot, but it was already sold. A salesman came out named Sean Melvin. We tried to buy the car but as I stated it was already sold. But Sean did say he could get one on the lot in a month or two. It was a Saturday, so we came back the following Monday. Met with Sean, gave us a very fair price for our trade in and ordered our car. It took a little longer than two months, but it did arrive, and we happily went to get it. We were able to do much of the stuff needed online and it took about an hour at the dealership to drive away in our new car.About the process. Sean and the people at Burdick Kia were top notch all the way! They did what they said they would do, followed through on their promise and everything went quickly and smoothly without a hitch. Unheard of with most car dealerships. Being a very big dealership of many brands, I am sure that each and every franchise salesman there will give you the same remarkable service that I received in purchasing my car. We drove over 50 miles one way to accomplish our car buying needs. I can assure you that Sean made it worth every inch of those miles we drove. So, if you're looking for a car, any make or model, i am sure you will find what you need there at Burdick and be treated more than fairly. And as for the Kia? We love it and are very happy with it! Go see Sean, you won't be sorry! Buy a Kia!

This is the second time I’ve attempted to buy a car from Burdick Kia. The first time, I came in and said specifically what I wanted. They told me it didn’t exist, so I took my business elsewhere and bought what did exist elsewhere. I tried again today, asked to test drive a specific car and was told “we reserve that for the person who is going to put the down payment on the car and buy it.” This is the last time I’ll try to buy a car from this KIA dealer. Who buys a car without test driving it?!

Bought a new Sportage Hybrid at the end of February. The buying experience was typical and not the reason for the review.The A/C on my car stopped working at the end of June. Tried scheduling an appointment through the app and didn't hear anything until I called and left a message. The service department couldn't get me in until a month later - the beginning of August. Tried talking with original salesman and heard nothing.After driving all of July with no A/C, finally drop my my car off for service. The compressor on my new car apparently tore itself apart and needs to be replaced...except the part is backordered and might come in 2-3 weeks.

I truly hate buying vehicles but we had the best experience with Sean Melvin. He made the process easy and I would highly recommend him. We've purchased other vehicles from Burick/DV and have not had a bad experience yet.

Purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage about a month ago. Surprised by all the bells and whistles, for the price. Chose the wolf grey color and keep getting compliments on it. Driver's village website as well as Zen, the sale's person made the process easy and quick.

my 2023 kia forte with **6,000 miles decided to not start on july 22, 2023. i had it towed to burdick kia. jamie decided he could not look at the car until august 23rd and refused to give me a rental . while waiting on their property in their lot it was broken into and attempted to be stolen, the steering column and ignition were ripped out. i have missed 2 days of work for this so far, i am still being refused a rental by jamie and willis. in fact they are trying to deny the insurance claim as well!!! beware!!! i have pictures posted of the damage on burdick kia website reviews

My whole experience with purchasing my Kia Sportage from Driver's Village was 5 stars! From being able to browse their inventory online and decide what I wanted to being handed the keys the next day was smooth sailing. Total transparency in the cost of the vehicle. Zen was awesome to work with! He made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed working with him and the rest of the crew. Thank you again for everything!

Called a local Kia dealership and was told there were no parts available for a customer I had at the shop I work for. The minute I called and gave them the model number they immediately said they didn’t have the part and couldn’t get one. The only way to find out if I could would be to pay the price of the part and wait to see if they located one for us. If the part was still unavailable then we would get our money back but they couldn’t guarantee a part. That’s when I called Burdick Kia and spoke to Mike from the parts department, it was like night and day! So pleasant, kind and very helpful in locating the part for us without a payment first. I have a Kia myself so I felt this customers pain hearing the part wasn’t there. I will not do business with Watertown’s Kia dealership again. I will make the drive to Syracuse to get this professional and courteous customer service again.

This was my first experience with Burdick KIA and it went so well that I’m sure it won’t be my last. I dealt with Zen LaPoint who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful during the entire process.I purchased a 2023 KIA Sportage which arrived sooner than anticipated. Zen kept me advised throughout the whole process and I still can’t believe how smoothly the whole process went.

Zen was wonderful throughout our whole car leasing process! He answered all questions we had about the vehicles we were interested in and went through all the options with us. We never felt rushed or pressured and came to a deal that worked well for us. Zen took time to make sure we knew how to work all the features and has checked in several times to make sure we’re happy and satisfied with our new Seltos. We love it!
