Bri was a knowledgable and professional salesman. our experience was excellent. he has the authority to make a deal. no pressure ,no muss , no fuss. once we worked out the details Bri took everything to the boss and done. we like are new lincoln so far. and it is definitely the mark of luxury we were looking for . Our experience at Burdick was exceptional, we will shop here again.
one other point to mention: we had been to two lincoln dealers prior to visting Burdick lincoln and could not make a deal. took us eight months to make this purchase.

Our Black Label Aviator was to be picked up at 9am this morning. When it was not, I called and was told that service was not picking up however a message would be sent to them to contact me. It is now 1:10, no contact if any kind. I have tried to contact them several times and simply gone into a recorded hold with nobody picking up.

I have been here two weeks in a row. Both times on a weekday when they were slow and just hanging around. I went in both cars in the show room numerous times and not a single human will say hi. Not sure how to buy a car here.

My 2023 Lincoln Navigator was brought in three times for the same issue. I could tell right from the start I wasn't their priority because the vehicle was not purchased through them. They could not properly diagnose and repair the issue. Every time I left they said it was fixed and when I would drive away the very next day the drive control fault error would return, Tried bringing it back in for a fourth time and they couldn't get get me in again for weeks.. Finally I decided to take the drive to Steet Ponte Lincoln and they repaired the issue the first time in the shop.
