I stopped in to get some information on one of the vehicles that was of interest to me and I met a young lady named Kendra. Having spent my life in the car business. I am not easily impressed, but this young lady knew her product from start to finish, and she made me feel extremely welcome and valued as a potential customer. In the end, I’ve decided not to purchase a vehicle at all at this time, but rest assured, if I ever buy a Volkswagen, I will find this young woman.

The communication from the dealership was awful. I was told I'd have my vehicle the week after Christmas, but two weeks into January, I had heard nothing. I was told I'd receive a call by the end of the week when I called, got nothing, called the following week and was told someone would call before the end of the day, and no one did. When I called the next day, I was told I'd get a call back and actually did. I picked up my vehicle to find out the inspection was never done and I needed to schedule it for the following week. So I did. When I dropped off my vehicle for inspection, I was told things about the car that I'd have to be prepared to pay for to pass inspection indicating the inspection had been done and no one told me, thus leaving me to either buy tires from the dealership or schedule ANOTHER appointment after being without the car for over a month.I'm only giving this two stars because the tech did their job and the car came out fine, but this experience has left me wishing there were other EV service centers in the area because this dealership is awful.

Charge Top Dollar for Minimal Effort!!! Better off watching 10 minutes of video's on YouTube and doing it yourself, then trusting their tech's. I went to get my sunroof drains cleaned bc water was getting into cab of my car. They charged $50 to clean the lines, which they stated should have fixed the problem, but unfortunately it did not. When I went back they said it would be another $180 an hour just to find out the problem and they couldn't reimburse me the $50 bc they "supposedly" cleaned the lines already. I later went back to my house and stuck a pipe cleaner in the bottom of the drain to release a bunch of dirt and grim. I then went back and asked if they could clean the lines again since they did such a terrible job the first time and they told me it would be $80 this time. Would not recommend using their services unless you like wasting money and time.

Don’t have your car serviced here. I gave it one star because the technician did his job. The service desk employee that was working on my car was incompetent. My car was at the garage for TEN days. They did not return four of my calls, no updates. I finally had to call the manager/supervisor who explained the staffing issue. Why didn’t the service desk employee tell me this?!?! Marcus. You failed.

Fantastic experience at Burdick VW. The whole dealership was friendly and welcoming. Manny and Ross were wonderful to work with. They were so helpful, listened to all my wants and needs, and they found the perfect car at the perfect price. They now have a lifelong customer. I would recommend them to everyone.

I chose 5 stars because my experience from start to finish was fantastic. I made my appointment through the VW app, everyone was super friendly and helpful when I arrived. My service advisor Mark kept me updated on the status of my service since I opted to wait.

Jason always goes above and beyond to help me. He answers my questions and keeps me updated on my car's service needs. Jason is the reason I regularly use VW service at Drivers Village.

Jacob from Audi was very knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and find the car that best fit me. I will definitely be back in the future.

My wife called and made an appointment for me to get a speaker in the passenger door replaced and at the end of the call she asked how much it would cost and they said atleast $180 for a diagnostic fee plus parts and labor which they didn't even give a $ amount for... she specifically told them what speaker needed to be replaced and they still want to charge $180 fee is criminal and I should contact the better business bureau and report them.

The service agent (Marcus?) was top notch. Very helpful & informative. I took my 2023 Jetta in for a 10k service appt. Everything went great except for the fact that VW (and consequently Burdick) does not rotate the tires as part of the service. This seems like a money grab that I would be charged $30 for a tire rotation when the car is already up on a lift for an oil change. Seems like nickel and diming the customer. This info. should be passed on to VW as well because I know that VW covers the service, but Burdick chooses not cover the tire rotation as well. Thank you.

I have had two bad dealership experience trying to get new cars for me and my fiance. Burdick Volkswagen and my salesmen Adam Markham was not either of those previous dealerships i went too. Adam was the best salesmen I had the pleasure doing business with. He completely changed my view point on buying cars from a dealer. I will definitely be going back when it's either time to trade in for another vehicle or purchase a second vehicle. The service was great, no one was pushy. I went in on one of the last days of the month before leaving for long island two days later. They were able to let me test drive the vehicle and have it ready for me the same day. It was fantastic. If google would late me rate it 6 out-of 5 stars I would.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to give zero stars as I had a horrible experience with Volkswagen. They told me my Tiguan was failing inspection and that the control arms on my vehicle were both broken. I have not even 14,000 miles and my car is 6 years old. They wanted to charge me $1100 to have them replaced and the inspection would pass. I took my vehicle elsewhere the next day where it passed inspection. I went as far as having a 3rd opinion after that to a mechanic who told me there was nothing wrong with the control arms and my car never should have failed inspection. I will never go back to Volkswagen which is a shame as I have leased numerous cars from them and bought the one I have now outright. Be careful with them and always get a second even third opinion if you think something is not right. I’m glad I did.

Normally I don’t go to Burdick for service. I only drive VW/Audi products and the service writers can be super condescending. It’s happened to me in multiple occasions. Today was different. I stopped in without an appt and the service writer Marc (I believe his name was) was super nice and helpful and got my inspection done the same day.

I gave a 3 because they were able to get my car in very quickly for a needed oil change and I very much appreciated that. I also only gave a 3 because I was told that my back brakes were “metal on metal” and needed to be repaired. I was quoted $687 for this to be fixed. I declined the service because financially I was not expecting that and decided to get a second opinion. I took it elsewhere and was told it wasn’t “metal on metal” but the pads were very thin and should be repaired. They completed the service for me for $510.
