I have been taking my dog to Carm's for more than 10 years. Very trustworthy and takes care of your dogs at all times. Boarding and daycare and grooming services are all highly recommended.

Amazing ! Riley from Carm’s was friendly, informative and on time. My husband just had open heart surgery & we were unable to take our dog for a nail trim (90# Lab) - Carm’s fit us right in for a house visit & were great with our dog !! Highly recommend!!!

I called Carns doghouse and I went there with my little five month old doggy to look into day The place was extremely filthy. When you walk in the door there was dog here all over the place and this was a Saturday. I went into the air that the dogs would be plain there was poop. All over was poop on the floor. Very disgusting and my little puppies are licking the floor, which looks like they haven't been cleaned in a long long time. I asked her how long how often they clean it and she said oh about every other day that's disgusting I would never bring my dog there, nor would I recommend anybody to bring their dog there Because your dog will get some type of disease, do not ice I repeat do not bring your dog to Car Playhouse in Liverpool New York Morgan plays Liverpool New York The worst I've seen Then I went into the backyard and it was poop. That's been looks like it's been sitting there for months dried up totally disgusting. Looks like the dogs were walking all over the poop. Disgusting nasty nasty nasty Nasty

My puppy loves it here. They take such good care of all their animals. We've done boarding and daycare. Usually daycare once or twice a week.

Camille does my 14 yr old cockapoo Charlie she's so good with him and gentle. Always smiling and happy. Charlie looks great every time! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Your mobile grooming is a fricking rip off!!!!! I called and asked for a price, I was quoted $100. Well ....let me tell you what a joke this was... first they called me and told me they could not find the keys (clue #1 not very organized), they call back later and lo and behold they found the keys...wtf Now the groomer arrives, very nice lady I will say that, when she is done she tells me the charge is $130. again WTF???? ( clue #2) So I like an idiot .....I give her my charge card plus a cash tip, now I check my credit balance and they charged me $144.95..... WTF is going on with these people????? I was never given a receipt, all in all I paid $165. for a bath and nail trim ( WOW TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS) So I call to inguire about this added charge, I am told the groomer can charge whatever she feels like charging (so much for getting a quote) I would highly suggest other options as this company is totally incompetent and prices are highway robbery. Mind you my dog was given a bath and nail trim and anything else would be extra... Seriously, how much more would you like to rip me off???? I WILL BE CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND THE BBB......FELL FREE TO CONTACT ME CARM

My girl Sadie just about jumps through the door when we pull up to go inside. She is greeted with love every morning I drop her off. The pictures everyday show how much fun they are all having. Highly recommend!!
