We had rear wheel bearings replaced on my daughter's Rav4 in September and they over tightened the lug nuts. I discovered it today when rotating her tires and had to replace 6 of 10 that were deformed and turned hard. The price was a bit high, but they were able to get us in when other shops couldn't. Quoted price for 3 hours labor but didn't reduce the charge when it took less than 2 hours. I won't be going back.

Small shop, got me in same day for an AC fill. Wife's car is cold again, and I didn't pay Ford 3500 for a new compressor like I did in 2018...on the same car.

I want to start by saying John at Cicero car care. killed it on what I wanted done with my exhaust. They will definitely be getting my business again. honestly better price than other shops I have went to. Monroe wanted to charge me $450 to just put my exhaust tips on.

We got more than lucky purchasing property a stones throw away from Cicero Car Care. If you would like the facts on your vehicle's condition based only on YOUR VEHICLE"S CONDITION and not who you are, who you know, what you look like, or what a dip-stick you sound like, then this is the garage for you. Many of us view our "garage" in the same manner we view some of our political figures in that, "they are good, but I wouldn't say I trust them" kind of way.THAT being said, Cicero Car Care~ is the opposite of THAT .
