It was my first time going to a splash car wash. I was greeted in the automatic car wash Line by Shayna and she was very professional and explained all offers available with great communication skills. I chose to choose a monthly membership with how good the pricing was compared to other car washes as they offer the same waxing/ceramic coating options as others at a better price and does just as good of a job. Very pleased.Great job Shayna!!

I never have an issue when I come to this car wash. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They get me in and out, but always make me feel welcome. They offered me a ceramic. Tried it and I’m in love. Will be getting it frequently. You guys rock!! Keep up the good work! Best car wash around!!! I will be back!!!Services: Polishing

This car wash damages vehicles. Then they deny their car wash did it a rely on you going away. It took clear coat of the corner of my truck and left other marks.Assistant manager would not give me managers name or a copy of claim I submitted. I had to call police to get my copy of my claim.Poor customer service with a very condescending assistant manager.See from other reviews they have had same experience with damages that I had.Each person who gets damage needs to file a civil suit in town of Cicero so maybe they will correct the problem.

Splash Car Wash 7940 Brewerton Rd Cicero damages vehicle. Removed clear coat on rear corner of my truck and left other marks. Assistant manager would not give mangers name or number.Had to call police just to get a copy of the report car wash took that I signed.Poor customer service with a very condescending assistant manager.

Last time I had my car washed there the truck in front of me fell off the track and my car continued on the track. My car has damage from hitting the truck in front of me and from car behind me. The license plate was bent up and there is scratches on bumper in front from his trailer hitch I also have a small dent in my bumper in the back. I didn't see the damages until I got home because the car was full of soap and they had to put all the cars back through again.i will never use this car wash again. They put the cars so close together I never thought this would happen.

While the wash is halfway decent the prewash is a light spray of water so it's not that good. My big issue is the promotion they were running. You pay far less if using a credit card, so why not. I straight out asked if this was going to turn into a monthly charge, answer was no it won't. Well guess what happens on next cc statement, yup you guessed it. I was right out lied to. Will be going there today to talk to a manager about it. Will keep this month payment on there though and get the car washed, then circle around and do that as many times as I have time for, then again tomorrow, and the next day, right up until the month subscription is over. Mess with the bull, get the horns.

This place has gone to complete garbage since the new owners “splash city too it over.” Prices wend you and service went to garbage. No more pre clean, a couple of the staff members are lost. Le they are doing remodeling of the tunnel section, so they are letting people use the self service area washes. However you have to drive around and hope to get someone’s attention to let you in. What a shame I have 4 accounts here and definitely leaving soon if things don’t changed
