Best lunch I've had at a Cracker Barrel in quite a while. The country fried steak was moist and tender. The corn had great flavor (usually it's bland). Even the corn bread was most. Whoever was doing the cooking that day knew what they were doing!

Food was okay - nothing special. Not one smile cracked from anyone that worked there. If there were no other options, I would stop again but would not seek out again.

My recent foray into the culinary realm of Cracker Barrel in Cicero proved to be a charming endeavor, underscored by a resounding recommendation for those in search of quintessential American dining.I indulged in the hand-fried chicken tenders, accompanied by a trio of sides, each promising a palate-pleasing journey. The portion was generous, boasting approximately seven succulent pieces, albeit with a slight inconsistency in texture, ranging from tender to mildly chewy. Yet, the flavors were unequivocally satisfying.Among the sides, the country green beans emerged as a highlight, impeccably seasoned and generously portioned. Meanwhile, the macaroni and cheese, though undeniably delectable, left me yearning for just a tad more. Complementing the ensemble, the creamy coleslaw added a refreshing touch. The complimentary biscuits, a prelude to the main affair, were a delightful introduction, setting the stage for an experience defined by generous servings and an ambiance steeped in rustic American charm. The staff, with their cordial demeanor and attentive service, enhanced the dining journey, though the presentation of the dishes hinted at an opportunity for refinement. In summation, Cracker Barrel in Cicero offers a refined ode to American culinary tradition, characterized by ample portions, nuanced flavors, and an ambiance that beckons guests to savor each moment.

Ordered the roast beef dinner. Fatty. Had difficulty cutting with my knife. Small and very thin. Strawberry syrup had a funny taste for cheese cake pancakes. Pricey gift shop items.Parking: close parking always available.Kid-friendliness: Easy for kids to order. Variety of choices.

My family and I waited in a almost empty place for 40 min for a table to be ready and cleaned . We finally get seated only after my wife told the lady we would just sit at the table of four we would just need a extra chair. We get seated in what looked like a empty place tables everywhere wide open. We sit another 10 min not a single server took our drink order. We finally get up to leave and we see a group of seven get seated immediately with a server pen in hand to take their order . I highly recommended this place before today we would go there often. I'm not sure why this happened they didn't seem short staffed it just seemed to me they had no interest in having us as customers so we will not be going back .

Went there on a Thursday morning, party of two. Got there at approximately 10:00 a.m., no wait, seated immediately. Renee was our waitress, immediately checked in with us as to drink orders. The drinks arrived promptly, and she took our breakfast order. We ordered two of the country boy specials, with scrambled eggs and double hash browns. I ordered steak tips, my wife ordered sugar cured ham. The order arrived in six or seven minutes, along with a basket of warm biscuits and country style gravy. The eggs were about what you would expect, nothing really all that memorable. The hash browns were very flavorful, though. And both the ham and the steak tips were very well cooked, moist and full of flavor.Throughout, Renee checked with us to make sure that everything was as pleasant as possible.Total for two breakfast, and drinks was $38.Very pleased???

terrible The waitress was terrible she was more worried about cleaning off the tables instead of taking care of her customer. Very poor service didn’t bring our biscuits until I asked her then she came with them and no butter or jelly. Our food was not hot and the white fish was terrible and roast beef was tuff! It will be a long time before we eat there again but I will shop there because I love their stuff
