I stopped at the Cricket store in Cicero. Xavier helped me with an issue I was having with my phone. He was so pleasant and very kind. He fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. I am able to get a new phone in September. I will for sure return to this store to purchase my new phone. Thank you Xavier.

Because I am quite careless, I tend to break my phone more often than the average person. Due to this, I have frequented every Cricket store in the CNY area. I went in on 9/22 to replace yet another phone. The guys working were fantastic. I have never felt so UNpressured in a store. They did not try to upsell me at all and were extremely accommodating (perhaps they sensed I knew what I wanted as I am quite routined now). I feel awful but I do not remember their names... sorry guys! But I am confident I will be back soon enough.

Jazmin Handy is the manager of the cricket store in Cicero. She went above and beyond to help me and to assure my satisfaction with the service and my new phone. Jazmin helped me set everything i need from my old phone to my new one. She is pleasant and never complained once. Very professional but also makes you feel comfortable in her store. I recommend seeing her with any issues you may have, or to even switch to cricket. I switched over today!

If I could do no stars at all, I would in a heartbeat. I bought a Bluetooth speaker about almost a month ago and just to find out it's not returnable. Literally was an overpriced speaker that wasn't even loud. Next thing, the thing no longer worked. Do NOT BUY FROM THERE, it's nothing but a scam. All the money I spent on this is down the drain, I'm not happy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an awful experience at this store. Came to switch over 4 phones to then and ending up leaving spending more than I was told when I confirmed multiple times the price of everything, one of the phones isn’t even in service and when we tried to go back to get the problem fixed the store was closed way earlier then the sign says. I spent 4 hours in this store trying to switch 4 lines then we had to go and spent another 2 hours at a different cricket to get the one phone turned on because it had no service!! Completely a terrible experience and will not be coming to this cricket again!
