I despise having to find out that, empower is not in fact, open like the internet, says. After driving 35 minutes, please do something to fix your hours online if it says you're open. Then be open if you're not open then make online say it's closed. Such a waste of time. Tons of people are here more than likely just as mad. We think your open because that's what Google says. Christmas eve is tomorrow. Why are you closed today. It's a normal Saturday.Thank you anyways merry christmas

I have been A client since I was 16 I am now 43 your sister a location as to the snottiest rudestock up receptionist I have ever met to the point I'm about to pull out all $20,000 of my accounts so aren't my parents my daughter, and 4 other families I know. To say the least I will no longer be going to this branch I will go out of my way and go to Central Square till you replace those ignorant woman..

Hold times are always longer than 10 minutes... And I mean I've spent probably 3-4 hours on hold this week alone... Automation offers to have you leave a number and they'll call you back... They never do. Had to drive 2 hours to their nearest branch just to speak with a human. Empower used to be so much better than it is.. definitely will be taking my accounts elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst lender on earth! You hold for atleast 20 minutes only to get disconnected if you do make it to speaking to someone they are clueless they are so unorganized it’s sickening I only gave them 1 star because I had too to leave a review. I would have rated zero. Trust me when I say find another credit union!

Always nice staff, nice credit union. The drive through is very slow, recommend going inside during peak hours- before and after work hours.

I found the tellers here at the Cicero branch to be very rude and barely professional, they apparently refused to come back to the view screen to confirm after sending my transaction back. I used to use this as my main branch and will not be returning.

Well, what a nice way to start the day. After being without a job for a while, finally found something to do. Got my first paycheck issued to me (a paper check). So I did the most convenient thing, I did a mobile deposit. When I got through the mobile deposit it promptly informed me that there is a 3 day hold on it. On a payroll check. The only money I have. Are you serious??? And when I called just now, the agent told me that she will "submit it" and "maybe" they can take the 3 day hold off. Mobile deposit should be a convenient solution to depositing a check but it really isn't if they put hold on PAYROLL CHECKS!! Personal checks I can understand but a $200 payroll check? Come on. If I wasn't going to work right now I would be in a lobby closing these accounts. I am not an old member at this institution so there is no sweat off my back to go somewhere else. 3 day hold on a payroll check. WTF!!!

Online it says that the lobby is open until 1pm on Saturday. I drove all the way out here and I don't live close and they are closed.

I had the best experience switching all my accounts over from a different bank to efcu..I had a lot of questions, and needed to open a new credit account. I was helped by Ms. White, and she was phenomenal, and went the extra mile to make the transition flawless, and treated me like a person, not a number. I cant say enough good things about the experience, and would recommend them, and Ms. White , to put your money and Investments in there hands. Lots of options and benefits. It was definately a small town attention made to assist me, and I am very appreciative for that.
