Stopped into 5 below today just to get a bob the minion duck and ended up with more then I had planned. I seen they do ear piercing there as well so I figured why not check it out. Brandon H. Was amazing. He answered all my questions. Made sure I knew exactly how to care for my ears after and made sure I had everything I needed to. And did everything with a smile even though he was busy doing his other duties in the store. He never made me feel rushed or pressured at all. Thank you Brandon you did a great job today. Who knew I'd walk in for a duck and come out with peirced ears at 5 below :) oh and I should add I have been looking around to get them done for a little while but couldn't believe how expensive it had gotten. But not at 5 below it was a 1/3 the cost there then other placed I had checked with

Today was the worst. Ask soon as I finish shopping I go to the self scan and they greet me well but then took my stuff that I was buying and started scanning them when I was more then capable to do it myself let alone my wife and daughter finished after me and they did it to them to but let another lady do it themselves and we where discriminated by that bc we have tattoos and piercings when the other lady had no tattoos or piercings at all. Never shopping here again !!

The items they have: great!! But the customer service is the worst I've ever had. I went to self checkout and my total came to like $90, which is a lot for me so I wanted to put a few things back. I clicked the help button, I looked for a bell, like I waited for 10 minutes. Then I just got the stuff I DID want to buy and I went to another self checkout and just bought my stuff on another register because I wasn't going to wait another 10 minutes. I paid for everything I left the store with. This cashier follows me outside and says in front of tons of people "you didn't pay for that". Now I left the stuff I didn't want RIGHT ON the counter. I said to her that I did absolutely pay for my stuff and handed her my receipt. She still sits there and says to me "well that total was $90" and I said like do you want me to stand here and wait? She goes "no you're fine" and then goes back inside. She didn't even check my bag , just my receipt. I just don't understand that. That whole place is unprofessional and I guarantee management did nothing.

Overpriced and understocked...I haven't been in there since it changed it's Price's...and after this visit... It probably will be a few years before I go back in there..

I love that they always have new, unique stuff coming in and you never know what you’ll find. The new section with $5+ items is great as well. Always clean and workers are always super nice.
