We arrived with a load, the staff who had to unload had already left, but another friendly worker was able to unload us thanks, so it was good and they were friendly and fast, good space. Thank you Lord for helping us not to leave us burdened, since we come from New York City.

I asked four times for a person regarding a locked up Ryobi trimmer. And no one came to the aisle for 16 minutes. I will not be doing commerce again with this particular Lowe's . Until the employees get more assertive training when customers need help.

The best customer service hands down beats all the other stores.I drive 30 miles to go there versus 3 mi to go to Lowe's. Home Depot has the best selection and the higher quality of items. I also like their website a lot better than many others. They've been out of a long time and I think they've got it perfected. I have been going to the store in Clay, New York for over 20 years. I've been very happy. They solved a lot of problems from me with technical support from the men of the trades that they hire.

Went into store on Jan 3 2024 to purchase a kitchen sink faucet. There was a store employee to help me. Long story short, I had the item installed. It worked great for 1 day. There was a leak coming from the hose to the valve. As my plumber was disconnecting it, he noticed the rubber seal was rotted, which was causing the leak. Home Depot does not carry the rubber gasket to replace. On Jan 5 I went back to get another faucet ( different make) . There was none around to give me the help. This is not the first time. When I return my first kitchen faucet, I will no longer be shopping at Home Depot.
