The communication has been very detailed and clear of what needs to be replaced and the cost. I never once felt the need to call and check on my vehicle while in ******* ****’s care!1/25/23 - The day has come when my 2018 **** ******* is repaired and ready for pick up! Just as Erin has stated the cost and around about time of being complete, is precisely as stated!I’m so happy beyond the words of being happy! The courteousness, respectfulness, honesty, professionalism, and nonjudgmental experience I’ve received, I will forever be thankful, grateful, and appreciative with ******* ****/Erin!Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your dedication on repairing my ****! Went to "look" at cars and ended buying !! I have to brag about the salesman that took care of me ... Dustin Dutterer is his name !!!! I had a LONG list of must haves , He listened to me and treated me like I have a brain .. Dustin also did NOT try to over sell me or direct me into something else ... He was a NO b.s , kind of guy ... Easy to talk to and went above and beyond even after the sale took me to my car got in with me and made sure I knew where everything was and how it worked .... Went as far as to set up my phone and made sure my nav had my address as home !!! I would give him soooo many more stars

I just visited it today. It was not my best experience but it was not bad. They were very disorganized and a bit off from the communication I had online with another agent so the process was slow.

I've been looking to buy a car from this dealership and for some reason I don't know how car dealers are allowed to post cars for sale and they don't even have the titles for the vehicles. Had to bring car in for water damage from a known issue. Car comes back still smells like mold, the liner is still damp and they didn't even reinstall it properly. You can see the rear window thru my interior panels lol. After 35 mins of discussion they're only solution was to let it sit overnight, ok well why am I here oh and btw no loaner cars available and it will be an hour for a shuttle if you choose to leave it here. After four years of flawless service I don't even feel like I was at the same dealership, truly shocking.

I will try to make this short. Test drove a 2013 Golf Tdi, and put an offer in. Loved the car and had no issues that I noticed. This is Thursday, was able to go the next day to pick it up but chose Saturday so my wife could drop me off. They called me at 845, Appt was at 10 (I'm an hour and a half away from the dealer) saying the car isn't passing emissions. The car needs to drive to reset the monitors so it can pass emissions. I say okay so now what. They say at latest Monday. I can be much more detailed but this went on until Thursday until my patience ran out and I cancelled the deal. My issues with this company are as follows. Selling a car on the lot that isn't emissions/ inspection ready, managers/ associates saying they would call back and did not forcing me to call often, never once was I offered a rental, there was no sense of urgency even though they promised a next day pickup. Every time I called the response was "I don't know we have to drive it". None of the drivers are reachable, you can't talk to a mechanic to ask questions, and it seems like they give you the run around every time you ask a simple question. They didn't take the car to a mechanic until they had driven the car for 4 days straight to "learn the proper driving method for a monitor readiness check". NY state allows 1 monitor to not be ready (my car had one monitor that wouldn't ready) and they refused to send the car to emissions and said "vw diesels require to pass all monitors" (called multiple emissions testing centers and they said that is wrong). Not every customer has weeks to wait on a car they are expecting next day, and to right their wrongs they are sending my deposit back. I was lucky because I had time off, but potentially could cause loss of work, obvious time loss, loss of money, all because this dealership doesn't have inspection ready vehicles. Extremely upset and disappointed and offered no solutions during the whole week long waiting process. Highly would not recommend.

Went in for an auto start and the customer service seemed fine at the time. Then a week later the auto start wouldn't work like every 3rd time and when it did work, the air conditioning would be on. Mind you its February. Brought it in and they said I need a new battery so I replaced the battery. Then it kept happening so they said I need to get it reset due to the new battery. So I brought it in again and the guy said to me oh resetting it wont do anything and the problem is USER ERROR. Hows that for customer service? Probably one of the rudest things you can tell a customer. I won't be buying anything from this company again!

Specifically Chevy at drivers village is the worst shop ever . Customer service is horrible the manager never is available and never returns voicemails . I originally went there with the check engine light on and the code was about the battery. I paid 350 for a battery and then to tell me the code I already knew from valveline for free. A week later the check engine light comes back on with the same code , this time I paid 800$ to fix the same original problem . Now three weeks later the check engine light is back on with the same battery code. Beyond frustrating and they have no customer service . The woman said to me " well what do you want me to do " . Well that should be obvious either fix the problem or give me my money back so I can give it to a proper mechanic who can fix it. !!!!!!!!!! Beware of this shop unless you want to waste time money and get super aggravated. Still am unable to speak to a manager and I'm tired of driving there wasting my time and gas .
