It's unfortunate, I've been coming here since the day they opened. It's literally gone down the crapper. Cigarette butts and wrappers and garbage all outside on the sidewalk and where you park. Inside is disgusting and so are the bathrooms. Not to mention you can never find anybody behind the counter It's unfortunate because this place is very close to my house!

I like that this is so convenient but like all the other reviews, this place is out of stock on everything all the time, the self checkouts give zero human interaction, more often than not sale product doesnt ring up even if you are a rewards member, washer fluid stations always empty, dairy 100% of the time empty, it's pretty bad for being in such a good area.

this is the closest circle k closest to me, as a circle k fan, this is easily the worst circle k in the syracuse area, drink fountain never works, slushies always out of order no matter what, food is worse than all the next circle k closer. employees are significantly more rude than all others around as well, just steer clear of it and go to the one on northern blvd

Everytime we stop in, which is weekly, they never have dairy products, customer service sucks and everytime we fill up on fuel, the windshield basins are always bone dry at least the ones that are not broken. This place definitely needs help

Power Trip of a women in there my ID had a crack could fully scan it but expiration wasn't fully seeable got declined a purchase but how can airport security take it but a circle K can't just scan it like your suppose to and relax

Expensive snack items and certainly not many healthy choices. Very disorganized. Gas prices were comparable to the area.

Used to love this location but recently terrible service. Employees openly complaining about customers when we went to pick up a pizza. The pizza had been overcooked and they added new cheese on top and cooked it longer... absolutely terrible. They also complained about my 6 year old looking at toys too loudly. Please get new staff these ones clearly hate thier job.

Places says 24/7 so while getting gas after working all night I hope to get a quick snack but the door is locked and the employee on the inside shrugs his shoulders at me very unprofessional
