Was offered an early upgrade. Stopped in after researching offer on Tmobile website. Salesperson was Awesome. Then comes the Manager. Didn't get the name ...however this was my 3rd interaction with him. I think he chose the wrong profession as he presents himself as looking for an argument. I have been in retail for over 35 years. This was a joke. I WAS NOT ABRASIVE. I had a question. His unwillingness to listen is disturbing. I Have been with Sprint.Tmobile since 1996. Never have I felt like my business was not needed. Off to see Verizon tomorrow. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH

I dealt with Joseph on Friday, August 11th. As I walked in, he was quick to come over and assist me. He went beyond the service I expected that day. I really appreciated his help and will ask for him during future visits!

My phone had a black screen,so I brought it to T-Mobile.He either didn't know how to reset my phone or he was just trying to get me to buy a new phone. I was upset so I left. My friend googled how to reset it and it works fine now.

Terrible customer service. Rep threw a temper tantrum after we decided not to get a promotional iPad with a new line. He slammed everything around him and then ran into the back room never coming back out.

Shout out to Cory and the other two fellows who helped me out. Cory spent A LOT of patient time with me a couple of Sundays ago. I walked in there for info about maybe switching over from AT&T as I looked into getting a new phone since my current phone was slowly dying. I walked out of there having committed to new phone service, new internet service provider and brand new smartwatch service. All of that plus a new smartphone and smartwatch included costing A LOT less in monthly payments than my old phone and internet services.When I returned a week later Cory again spent a bunch of time getting my recently received brandy new phone and watch switched over to T-Mobile. The other two fellows helped out when I realized there was a switch over glitch - apparently AT&T had fraud protection on my line so I had to jump through a few extra hoops, that's when the other two guys helped out as well.I was nervous about switching providers and about the coverage, but two weeks later, the internet is working great, and one week later both the phone and smartwatch are working great. All in all a very happy and richer ending for me.Thank you Cory and team!

Hands down best customer service ever! Jamie and Joe rock!! Thank you for both of you explaining everything! And hooking me up with a new phone I appreciate you two more than you know! I will definitely never got to another store other than this one!!!

We went there because I broke my phone for the first time ever they were rude and not helping me get another phone I went to Walmart thinking I pay for a prepaid one and my Sim won't take call Corp they were made by I could of gotten a free phone and they didn't care at the store... worst customer service ever even the Corp knows and they made it right they wanted to store location so I have it t mobile gave me a fre phone and a free screen

We have been in the store a few times, and each time we usually deal with Joe. He is great- he is always looking to get us the best deal and service. Initially when we switched from Verizon- he made the whole process as painless as possible- which was greatly appreciated. Any other time we have gone in there about upgrades or other services- he always hooks us up.

Great customer service! Great staff! They helped me get my internet setup in about 20mins last year and did it again yesterday for my mother's internet...nice to deal with friendly people!

Last week my cellphone stopped working. I went to Cicero T-Mobile where I purchased a new Samsung phone. Kierrah and James were so helpful and patient. I give them both all 10's!!The transition to a new phone was pleasant and easy. I appreciate all they did for me. They are the best!!!! I highly recommend them.

Love T-mobile. Have been a long standing customer. Recently some how i got my phone into the handicap mode. Customer service knew exactly what had happened and fixed quickly.

If I could leave zero I would. Guy was new. And clueless and the other guy was not interested in trying to help at all. When I explained how we have always done our trade in for our plan he had no idea. So went to TMobile over by North Med Taft road and it cost me nothing not a dime. They even gave me a discount on the new phone. Spent almost an hour helping me. Cicero Route 11 store needs to bring back the old manager and better people

Very poor experience working with the manager Jamie or joe what ever he goes by, and romaines to help and call back with information and just pushing you off till you end up going else where. I would highly recommend going else where either another store or another carrier because this has been one of the worse experiences I have had with a company.

Stopped at this store to have my phone switched from an 8 to a 12. I was lost. Joe was great and went right to it. Answered questions and showed me some things. He didn’t treat me like just an old boomer. He was very respectful and I really enjoyed chatting with him while info transferred. Thanks Joe. I still don’t get a good signal but you give T Mobile a good rep.
