“I see a ton of people complaining about customer service it's a thrifty store how much customer service do you really need get your items pay for it and then leave so what if you have to deal with a cranky employee you really think they want to be there working at a thrifty store give them a break you're getting items 50 60 70% off stop complaining”
“My boyfriend showed me this place and i absolutely loved it! I don’t go to Syracuse but I fell in love with it just because of this shop! I found pants that fit me (which is so hard to find) and beautiful jewelry pieces for extremely reasonable prices. Definitely check this place out!”
“Fantastic thrift store with AMAZING prices! They specialize in clothing and housewares, with a few small tables and chairs mixed in. They also do lots of seasonal deals and discounts for extra savings. Today I found an adorable Columbia jacket in the 50¢ bin!”
“One of my favorite thrifty shoppers, I have found absolute gems here. Their prices aren't bad considering everything has been skyrocketing. Luck in the movie/dvd section. My last visit I found the cutest little jar to be my new sugar jar and I also found some very pretty plates from the 70s. The staff was also very pleasant.”
“My absolute favorite store anytime I come to NY. All of my favorite clothing items are from this store!! I love the array of sizes and styles. Every time I go I always find something I love. It never fails! I highly recommend!!”
“The 315 is my favorite store for used clothing. Designer brands in great shape. The staff there is always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem”

“I was in the area today and decided to stop in. At first I thought it was a cute little boutique, but quickly discovered it was a thrift store. Everything was so clean and organized. Nicely displayed throughout the store and it didn’t smell like thrifty stores or Salvation Army’s. I didn’t need anything or else I probably would have most certainly purchased something. Staff didn’t greet me, but that stuff doesn’t bother me and I didn’t check prices to compare to other thrift stores. I would go back or check out other locations.”
“I had to drop off a UHaul's worth of furniture and the young man working solo in the back room (on Memorial Day 2025) was very helpful, great attitude and a pleasure to meet.
If we had used Goodwill... it would of cost us nearly $600 to have them pick up. Instead a $50 UHaul and good friends had the loading job complete in under an hour.”
“Great store with super low prices! The store is well organized, and the quality of the items is excellent!! There's something for everyone!! I'll definitely continue to shop at your wonderful store!”
“First off, Marty is a gem! Works hard, very sociable, and takes great pride in the store. The store itself is clean, id say a little crowded item wise but I cant complain about their service, or their pricing. Plenty of fitting rooms, wheelchair accessibility is amazing! Clothing donation drop off bins right in the parking lot! If I could rate them higher I would. I had a lot of fun and again Marty made the experience even better.”
“I shop in the East Syracuse store on occasion as well as another location near Tip Hill. While shopping I overheard another shopper saying that everything should be a dollar since you get it for free. The prices weren't high for the items and I thought it was a little crazy to hear a complaint because I had just finished telling the stock boy that the store looked so much nicer and cleaner than it used to years ago. I've done a lot of research into the differences between Rescue Mission and local competitors so I've learned a lot about where the money supports the community. The stores look like they need constant attention to keep up with and it seems that it would be expensive to give out free food all day and have beds for people to sleep in. I hate hearing people complain about paying $1.99 for a thing that cost $40 in a real store. They act like someone is getting rich off of a picture frame. I'm certainly not complaining about either of these stores because they have great groups of people as I'm sure all of the stores do. I'm hoping that maybe this message might prompt a bit of advertising opportunity to show other people how they buy things and it pays for other things. As for the stock boy and coworkers, great job.”
“All the workers are so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. Not only that, but they have such amazing deals! Especially if you’re signed up for their rewards!”
“Fantastic store! Everything is neatly arranged so you can find anything, any size, and colors all organized well. Clean changing rooms. Very nice employees, the day I went.”
“It’s very hit or miss here. I came here a few times and this place had nothing. Then this past weekend, I walked out with (after my discount) $65ish worth of items including 2 pairs of sandals, a coach bag, coach wallet and wristlet, givenchy? T shirt , copper pan, and something else and was beyond happy”
