One of the more cleaner and more calmer Walmarts in the CNY area, where employees are more polite and attentive.General comment that needs to be said: Please control your kids. I know this is Walmart, but u still in public. Don't ruin THIS Walmart, cause last thing I want to have happen is to get bumbed by an 8-year-old in a motorized grocery cart.

The pharmacy at the Cicero location has always provided excellent service, going the "extra mile" to ensure that I receive the proper medications in a timely manner. The pharmacists and staff are knowledgeable, personable, and always willing to fully answer any questions I may have. Although I have always received courteous and efficient service from the pharmacy clerks, I believe that any negative episodes may be due to Walmart's corporate attitude towards lower-level staff and their on-the-job needs throughout their stores. Of course, that isn't an excuse to vent negative feelings towards the customers, but they are human, too, and are often the "front line" on the receiving end of irate customers when they are not responsible for or unable to remedy the problem. I have used this pharmacy for many years and have complete confidence in them. I plan to continue to having them service my pharmaceutical needs in the future.

Went in to get prescriptions for my wife who had just given birth. The hospital sent them to the incorrect Walmart and not this location as intended. The lady cashing me out could not have been less helpful. When I asked if she could check to see if they were sent to the Walmart on 31 instead of this location on 11 her quote was " I don't have time for that. Now get out of my line" I then called the location on 31 myself and yes the hospital did make an error. They asked if I would like them transferred to the correct location but after dealing with this not so friendly staff member I decided to drive myself and my 2 year old to the other store to pick them up. At the 31 location they could not have been more helpful and apologetic for how I was treated at this location especially since the prescriptions I was filling were for Post Pardon which my wife suffered from greatly after our day was born 2 years ago. Don't use this location. Heartless and uncaring are the nicest ways I can describe them.

I didn't have the same negative experience. The pharmacist helped me save money and was helpful when I has questions. I had to move my business, as they are no longer on my preferred provider list. Otherwise, I would still be filling RXs here

When someone is in pain and fever and asked for something to relieve their pain, it's not so intelligent from the pharmacist to give them five suggestions and send them to look for by themselves, nor it is so smart from the manager to put gum/mouth pain relief in "Dentures Care" section. Hey reader, go to a REAL pharmacy and save your time, hope you feel better soon!

Is it possible to do a negative review? They NEVER have prescriptions ready and when it is a prescription that is a mandatory that the person NEEDS TO HAVE..... no phone call saying they are out of it. The personnel could also be a bit more friendly.
