Purchased 3 yards of "topsoil" to top dress my lawn. Received as much clay as dirt. Little pellets that permeate everything. Tough to grow grass in material that won't allow roots or germination. Won't be back.
In response: The 3 yds of "topsoil" delivered was fill, despite what was paid for ($196 which included delivery). The image is a direct image from the truck the woman delivered.

We ordered 4 yards of mulch and 4 yards of top soil was delivered in error. When we called to rectify the problem, they refused to refund our money. They also hung up on us when we tried to discuss the mistake. Very unprofessional and unwilling to even try to work out a resolution. We now have 4 yards of top soil to clear from our driveway and no mulch. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Since posting this review, the company has added more false accountings of this transaction and refused to offer a resolution. I cannot believe when I called them to discuss this, they hung up and made up a fabrication about a threat????? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Got 3 loads of compost for 3 different households in my family, every load grew tons of the exact same weed. I have never had this problem from different suppliers of compost in the area. Would not recommend.

I ordered topsoil and black mulch. It was easy and cheapest among other providers in Clarence, NY. The customer service was outstanding as well. I will definitely buy their products in the future.
