“The key to this place is that if you withdraw all of your money, they have to change their name from M & T Bank to MT Bank. I don't like banks, so 3/5 is the highest I am ever going to rate a bank. I wouldn't say that M & T has been perfect, and there have been lots of times I've needed something and they haven't helped me out... and I despise the charges that they put on my account randomly when I use their ATM, without telling me I am being charged (for things like printing a statement), but other than that, I am very happy with them, because I've been using them for ages with very little problem... my card has never been canceled... or suspended... I've never had problems withdrawing money... I've always been given whatever cash I needed when I went in there... So all in all I would say that I am fairly satisfied with them, even though they chose the Baltimore Ravens stadium to sponsor (the Bills could have used that money!). Just remember not to withdraw all your money otherwise M & T Bank becomes an MT Bank! Edit: the servers are super friendly and managers are helpful, so I'll raise it to a 4, but I'm still very disgruntled about the fact that they charge me for printing receipts. But it's not this location's fault. It's a company policy. The manager who just replaced my credit card was particularly friendly. And even recognized me from Yelp!”

“I have never met a pharmacist so helpful as the Main Street, Clarence, NY Rite Aid one. New to Medicare and all that fun, he recontacted my doctor to get a alternative script that tied in with my insurance. Wow! He could have just said it's not covered and charged me the $38, but he did not. New cost $4. He is super sharp and of course always customer focused. I have gone there for a decade and they do not get better than him. I did not find them slow to help people and with help hard to find, this is a real hat's off to them and their process! Thank you.”
