I don’t live in Clarence anymore but still drive over because this is the best pharmacy. I’m disorganized as well as my doctor and Clarence pharmacy NEVER fails to make it right without hesitation. Support local owned business ??

Growing up, I remember we knew our local pharmacist when our family's scripts needed to get filled. The sense of comfort that comes with knowing the professionals entrusted with providing you with medications also know you as person instead of a number should not be overlooked when selecting a provider. It's something I've yet to find in one of the big box chain pharmacies. I feel strongly that the person who is filling your prescription which you will then put in your body, should not only be highly qualified in their profession but also have a true dedication to serving the best interest of their customers including personalized service. After watching the steady decline of a chain pharmacy's customer service skills which I had utilized for most of my adult life, I decided to explore the idea of transferring to an independent pharmacy. After being spoken to so condescendingly by a pharmacist on duty while calling to follow up on a medication concern, I knew there had to be a better option out there as this relationship was not sustainable. On a whim, I emailed Clarence Pharmacy on a Sunday afternoon with my concern and questions regarding transferring scripts and received a response from one of the owners shortly thereafter the same afternoon. The communication was fantastic and the transfer process was seamless. Same cost with insurance as the chain. Walking in to pick up the script, I was impressed with the whole presentation of the pharmacy itself. It had a warm and friendly vibe to it as you're welcomed with a smile and talk about the weather. It was so refreshing to experience that small town feel and personal service. If you find yourself in the same frustrating position I was in, just know there is a much better option out there. These guys are experts and understand the value of excellent customer service. Thank you for being a shining example of what a pharmacy can and should be!

It doesn’t get any better than this. When I couldn’t get the Covid shot At my previous drugstore they came through. I transferred all my Scripps to them and I do not regret it. Personal and reliable service.
