Nicole went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and best mattress for our needs. We ended up taking advantage of the 90 day guarantee and there were no hidden tricks. We had the same delivery team both times. David and Angel were on time, pleasant and efficient even though our house was a bit challenging to get the mattress where it needed to go. Overall we are very pleased with the staff and service.”

“I just wanted to write this review because the customer experience and concern with customer satisfaction is of the upmost concern for Alden Pools and Play. I have been working with Matt (one of the owners) and Russ (service manager) on a rare Bull Frog hot tub power issue. Matt and Russ have dedicated their time to working to diagnose the issue and have laid out plans on next steps should this not resolve. Overall very positive experience with the team and would recommend purely on their customer service.”

“Stopped in here to take a peak for friends furnishing a new home. I had conversed with Mandi on Facebook prior asking if she had some specific pieces and then told her what it was for and she was super kind and willing to help throw her furnishing ideas on the table! The store is adorable and smells great and I have no doubt I'll find some beautiful, revived pieces and decor with fair prices. The customer service is already above and beyond! You can tell Mandi is passionate about her craft and upcycling is great for the environment!”
“Hours are a bit confusing between the regular showroom and the leather gallery. Also its set back a bit off Transit. However, after 11 years of passing this location, I saw a WELL ADVERTISED truck, remembered the jingle on radio and tv, and stopped in.
The showroom is MASSIVE! Hated it, but was looking at it from a firefighter perspective in closed quarters. Very easy to get lost or disoriented. However, I think they had tons of brands including Amish made. And it just went on and on.
Sales staff was super friendly and helpful, appeared the customization options are ENDLESS! I plan on going back this Sunday even after purchasing from a competitor to check out their leather options to share with family and friends.”
