I took a tour here looking to enroll my infant some of the workers had not so friendly facial expressions for me. I was told they had a spot open and she was going to email me paperwork, and once it’s finished we can start. I waited and waited and no email (this was Thursday) now it’s Tuesday and I’m wondering why they never contacted me so I emailed them and she said that she checked with the director and it’s no openings… If you literally knew that I was interested and waiting why did you let someone else take that spot? I really hope this has nothing to do with my color, because if so you guys have to do better!

My daughter started going to Brightpath about 6 months ago and couldn’t have asked for a better child center. They have been so amazing and I’ve seen so much growth in my daughter since she started. Miss Mandy is the absolute best along with all the other teachers, I love seeing the awesome and educational activities they do! The staff are always so friendly and you can see how much they care for all the kids! I highly recommend taking your child(ren) here!

We first decided on Imagination Station because of how small the facility is compared to some of the larger daycare centers. We can tell the teachers do really care for the kids. Since we have been here we have always felt comfortable leaving our son every day.

The current staff at the Clarence Center location are wonderful. We are always greeted with smiles and my daughter can’t wait to run into her classroom.

-10/10 recommend this center for your childcare needs. The new director Fredrica leaves the center as she chooses, does not answer phone when needed, is inappropriate, as well as very unprofessional. Staff turnover rates are at an all time high. Children are not taking naps like they should be at parents requests. Children’s lunches are served late. The list could go on. Directors boss was very unprofessional as well.
