Very surprised to see any bad reviews, I love this pharmacy. Visually it looks very nice and new inside. Additionally, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They say hi and ask how my day was! Great pharmacy :)

Absolutely HORRENDOUS service. The "tech" tried numerous times to use a manufacturers coupon, but she was too incompetent to be successful. After calling another Rite Aid and getting the coupon to work, I called back the Clarence store and spoke to the pharmacist which is as incompetent as his minion. He informed me that my price went from $228 before the coupon to $878 after. And I (again) have to call the manufacturer. I did not. I went to the Lewiston Rite Aid and picked up my prescription for $25. Complete and utter incompetence from every single employee at the Clarence location. They should be ashamed and embarrassed.

Always my go to place to over the counter meds, shaving products and greeting cards. Usually have a good supply and selection to choose from.

We sat in the rite aid drive through for over a half an hour at the window and we're not even acknowledged, this is medication I needed post surgery that I wasn't able to get because of how incredulously slow this was

I have never met a pharmacist so helpful as the Main Street, Clarence, NY Rite Aid one. New to Medicare and all that fun, he recontacted my doctor to get a alternative script that tied in with my insurance. Wow! He could have just said it's not covered and charged me the $38, but he did not. New cost $4. He is super sharp and of course always customer focused. I have gone there for a decade and they do not get better than him. I did not find them slow to help people and with help hard to find, this is a real hat's off to them and their process! Thank you.

Fast service, it's bright and clean, the Main Street entrance to the parking lot, on the south side , needs to be lit up some way, it's so dark, I hit the curb pulling in, bc it's very hard to see at night.

We have been using the Clarence Rite aid for years, I don't know if management changed but the pharmacy is not the same. If you wait a day to pick up a prescription it may be ready. Otherwise, they are always available to answer questions
