Love the store bc it can be cheaper than cosmo sometimes but it’s clear upper management pushes the associates to suggest wayyyyy too much wayyy too often. It’s okay to let consumers consume on their own, you don’t need to push it down their throat that’s how you push consumers away even if it seems like a way to get another sale in. If anything let the consumers buy the wrong products so they have to come back and spend more money to help you get to your goals for the quarter, not push costumers away because you needed to talk to them every second they were in the store.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have never experienced racial profiling until today. As I work in the beauty industry, I have shopped Sally's beauty supply several times. Today, I walked in and wasn't greeted but stared at and followed the entire time I was browsing. I typically shop with a list so I was looking at my phone and making sure I check off what I have. A sales associate, made her way to the back of the store and asked if I needed help after standing in front of the store and watching me walk to the back. I declined. I've come to this location in the past and a product I asked for they told me it was out of stock, without even checking. I then looked online to see that it was in stock I literally left and had to come back, found exactly what I needed. Anyway, today specifically a heavyset white male/female unsure followed me around and acted as if he was cleaning and organizing. At first I didn't pay it any mind but then it became very noticeable and I was uncomfortable. Every isle I walked down he was standing there same isle, watching me "organizing" things. I purposely went down different isles to make sure I wasn't being unreasonable. He continued to follow me. I then walked up to the counter and had to yell to the back to say that I'm ready to check out, after he noticed I caught on he then started up a conversation with another sales person who was sitting in the back. I am extremely disgusted by such behavior. I then check out, and had to ask for a bag, wasn't offered one mind you I am normally offered the option to purchase a bag or not. He goes I didn't think you wanted a bag. I had more than one item, offering a bag is common courtesy. I still remain calm and polite, paid for my bag I say thanks and he says nothing. A white lady walked in as I was leaving, and he immediately greeted her and was super friendly. This confirmed my feelings. I'll be contacting the manager first thing in the morning. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

Looking at the previous commemts, we may be here to compliment the same young woman. I unfortunately didn't catch her name but she was extremely helpful and made my yesterday store experience great. I wasn't knowledgeable about relaxers and other hair care items I may need but I'm thankful for her suggestions.

I NEVER do reviews but this one is DEFINITELY deserved.The woman with the short green hair is wonderful! This isn't my usual location but I was passing by and wanted to pick up my normal hair color. I told her that I like my current color but I wish i didn't have to wait for it to fade to get it and I wish it was a little more "ginger-y". So she grabbed another color and told me to mix them 50/50. Well, for the first time in my life, it's the EXACT color I wanted! Now I can get the right shade without waiting for it to fade. No professional salon or any other beauty employee has ever nailed it like she did. She was also super personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and great. I feel bad I don't remember her name!

If I could give 0 stars I would've. The 2 employees working were extremely rude, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not trying to be a Karen but I would 100% call and complain to corporate about them.

Never buy items using half gift card and cash, they refuse to give you cash back if you return an item, even if it's the amount you paid in cash. They are very rude when it comes to returns too, even though they will tell you no problem with returning an item. There corporate head quarters do nothing about any complaints either. Shows how little they care about customer service.

It is 7:30 PM on Tuesday, December 3rd, And I just left the Sally's beauty supply store in Williamsville on transit near Walmart. My experience at this location has been very questionable throughout my years of shopping there. I am very happy to say that the customer service I received tonight has been uplifting to say the least. The woman who very intelligently helped me find what I was looking for was very helpful, thoughtful and friendly throughout my time in the store. She actually placed Sally's (once again) at the forefront of my mind and I will remember her and the simplicity of shopping there, so next time my immediate choice will be Sally's. I unfortunately don't remember her name but she has dark hair and glasses? (Not sure). But again I was there when she was working at 7:30pm on 12-3-19. Nice job girl keep up the good work, service like yours is rare and I truly appreciate you uplifting my night!

Don't lay down in Sally. I don't think they'd appreciate that. Sally is located in Eastgate Plaza next to Walmart, and has been making me and all my girlfriends look pretty since whichever year it opened. Sally Beauty is a fun little store full of beauty products like nail polish and hair dye and hair tools. They're a little more expensive than the drugstore, but the quality is more professional. They also have fun neon colors in dye and polish. The employees are very helpful.
