STEM is the best. I just moved here and my dad owns a body shop back home, so I was trying to find someone who gives personal but professional service. I’ve been to STEM twice now and they are just that. Jake is very attentive and updates every chance he gets. They will have my business from here on out!

There aren’t enough stars in the review system for STEM. My father has been an auto technician for 46 years, and has done 100% of our auto-related work until just recently when he became unable to. That’s when we reached out to STEM. We had some work done,including snow tires on our 2022 EV. Not only does it *actually* drive better than new (they never got the factory/dealership balancing quite right), but the prices were unbeatable, the communication world-class, and the service/accommodation absolutely seamless. I appreciate STEM stepping up to the plate to take over where my father has left off… and hitting a grand slam at the first swing!

Highly recommend! After my "low tire pressure" light came on I drove around to 4 local gas stations and after finding all the air pumps to be out of service I was desperate for help! Remembered hearing about STEM in Clarence Hollow and stopped by without an appointment. I was greeted before I got to the front door to see how they could help me and gosh they fixed the air pressure right away! Great service and helpful!

Fast! Fixed it in 20 minutes while i waited. Got me an appointment right away.Trustworthy Pros! I went to three other shops with weird brake noise, and those other places all just took my money and shrugged at me and tried to upsell me new brakes i didn't need, and didnt make the noise go away. STEM told me it was one clip that was rubbing on the motor and they just put the clip back in place. FIXED!

These guys ROCKED IT!!!!STEM got me and my family out of a tight jam after our riding mower broke at the last moment before a business trip. We are now able to ensure that my 80-year old parents will be taken care of while we are out of country on business for three weeks.I really appreciated all that STEM did for us! Unable to do small repairs since my husband had a total hip replacement, we looked to STEM and Jake to use his mobile repair service. Given the weirdness of the part for a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium brake light, we stopped in to have him get the exact part number for replacement. He was kind enough to research it, and recommended that we just order it on Amazon, he texted me the part info, because the part is ridiculously expensive and easy enough to pop in ourselves. He wouldn’t take any money for the diagnosis or research , even though he had to test which lights were working or not, and pop the light off to get the correct information. I was extremely impressed with his helpfulness and kindness. I would highly recommend STEM for any car repairs you may need. We will certainly use him in the future.

Didn't charge me for mobile diagnostic check cause they couldn't find a serious problem. It was the cars computer, just needed to relearn idle. Which means a lot. Other places wouldn't hesitate to charge.
