They are so kind and thorough. Dr. Ross is very informative and takes his time to listen to your concerns. I have been taking my pets, and my daughters pets there for many years. I highly recommend them.

Satisfied customers. Vets are both very good and Dr Ross actually gets down on the floor with the dog. He loves animals and cares...

They take your pet away and do everything in the back. Although I love the vets, I do not like this policy. Reasonable costs.

I had my puppy neutered here, as this was one of three options available from the rescue I purchased/adopted my puppy from. My puppy was neutered and had a rear dewclaw removed and then went back in two weeks for stitches to be removed and everything went well, with zero complications. Saying that I would never use this vet, I had no issues with the staff that spoke with me or that handled my puppy but I read the reviews online and they are disturbing to me. I was in tears reading them before I took my dog to be neutered. I think their is some unprofessional behavior from the owner which I've read reply back and just not sound professional and use exclamation points. Additionally in the email correspondence I had to do there was highlighted wording with exclamation points again. There is also a general comment how the rescues basically aren't a bank, not a direct quote but I've never experienced this level of unprofessional communication with a business especially one that handles animals, I think there is a huge lack of professionalism in communication and how the person responding replies via social media. My puppy again had no issues with this vet and is healthy as can be but I'm so thankful for our own personal vet. This was not a "free" neuter, from our adoption papers it states it's included in the fee's and I feel as if this vet feels like people adopting are not customers/clients all the same or in the animals' cases, patients. Like I stated my dog was neutered and had the follow up and has a clear bill of health, but I am thankful for our own vet that speaks with compassion and respect and our online communication is just as compassionate and respectful. While the neutering went well it's not a good look to be a professional and use cap locks and argue back with previous clients.

Thank you to Dr Ross for the exceptional care you gave to sweet 16 year old dog. Her surgery went beautifully and she was able to recover quickly.

Update: Yes I did decline anything additional as I have a veterinarian I actually trust with my animals that my pup will be seen by closer to home. Let me guess you’re the man that hid in the back? Your responses don’t look good for your business. Your basically making it sound like you found any reason to collect money off of me just because I adopted a dog through a rescue & paid an adoption fee for the spayed to be covered without electing additional options through you.We adopted a puppy at 10 weeks old. We originally had her scheduled to get spayed elsewhere which couldn’t take care of her umbilical hernia. We reached out to the rescue which then referred & set us up with True Care. We got the soonest available appointment once she was of age that they said was available. We were told no charge as it was covered by the adoption fees. I drive an hour to take her the day of & they insinuated we were liars about not receiving an email. A man which wouldn’t show his face, hiding in the back, started yelling out that we in fact received it. They couldn’t keep their story straight as first it was one email sent then turned into multiple. We checked every folder in said email and nothing was ever received. The receptionist was the least bit of friendly. They also said they needed the adoption paperwork which was not once discussed over the phone even though they insist it was. (We had everything written down from the phone call. Drop off, pick up time. Location etc.)I kept getting directed to a room three times told I had to wait in there meanwhile having my infant strapped into an infant seat, sick, trying to get out of there. They wouldn’t let me leave until they had picture of the papers. They then charged me a fee for my pup being 10 days over 6 months supposedly even though we don’t know the actual age as she was found. We were told they can “tell her age by her teeth, even tens days past 6 months” they said our adoption paperwork had her age, but it in fact does not state a specific date other than the date I signed it & they wouldn’t actually tell us what they have as her specific birth date. They refused a refund. The lack of customer service & communication is disgusting. I’m getting a second opinion on my pup as I don’t think they even spayed her. This is my fourth female dog & her incision is awfully high & short (it’s where the umbilical hernia was) to have had both procedures done.

Potentially the most arrogant "professional" I've ever encountered. I was addressing his secretary about how poorly we've been communicated with, when this man storms out of the back and loudly urges us to take our business elsewhere. We started recording the conversation. He then changed his tone and told us to leave. I'm sure there will be some sort of PR response coming after this, but after speaking with others that have gone here, we realize that this is not an isolated incident and public relations won't fix an internal problem. This isn't even to mention how disregarding he was about the fact that we had questions about our dogs potentially deadly procedure, or the fact that he literally shrugged when he told us "she could die..." Or how he tried to blame us for him not telling us she needed further medications. We realize now that putting our trust in him, was a mistake. If you care about your pet and prefer them and yourself to be treated with respect and dignity instead of disregard, go elsewhere. This man has a track record of arrogance.

Dr Kahn is a wonderful, gentle and caring veterinarian. He is the best vet I have ever brought a dog to.

We're new but so far so good. These people are concerned about my puppy and us! Even though they are busy, they try to help instead of just sending us off to the emergency vet hospitals. I'm so glad I switched veterinary hospitals.

This place used to be great. However, we noticed a decline in the practice in the past few years, and our most recent visit with our ailing furbaby will be our last. The care is good, but follow up communication is not. They left us hanging for 2 days with no assistance with a very ill pet, with no replies to voicemails or emails. We had to take her for a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Sorry to have to leave this review, but this practice is sadly not what it used to be.

They have no parking and in an emergency situation which is all cases for an emergency vet. They turned us away because we parked behind another car. Rushing my dog in who was in allergic shock after a bee sting, they refused to see her until I moved my car.We left and went to the Studio City Vet Emergency just down the road who has emergency parking and cares more about the animal being brought in than their insane guard who followed me in and told the vet that I was blocking another patient car and should not be seen until I moved. These people are unethical and disturbed.
