Had to get a refund for a package because it was not delivered on time..Laura was VERY rude acted like I was bothering her..I was asked to fill out a refund form which I did and when I asked for my receipt back she said " Why do you need it " I told her because I save all my receipts..Again she was rude..Not the first time she was rude..She should find another job if she can't be nice to the customers..

This is a fairly large post office in the town of Florence. The service area was well man, and super helpful. There is a large amount of parking in the front.

I am not sure if the ladies working here when I mailed a package the other day could be any less friendly. There was myself and one other customer in there and the one woman "helping" the other customer was very rude. The customer was nothing but friendly. Both the women working acted like we were inconveniencing them by mailing packages. This is a post office right?

I recently visited this location because I was shipping something which I don't do on a normal basis. I didn't have a box, but I had my label so I went in looking for a box and also thought they would have tape, scissors, etc to adhere my label. Well they did not. So I got my item packed in a box and waited in line for about 20 minutes. I finally got to the front and there was a lady with very short gray hair who I went up to and told her I have my label but there was no tape here to use to adhere it. I asked if I could use the tape sitting next to her and she moaned and seemed reluctant to let me use it. And also said that it wasn't clear so I would have to not cut down the label so it didn't cover the label part. I said it was fine with me. Then she noticed I had my item in the wrong box per the company I was using to ship my item. I rarely ship anything and didn't know I had the wrong box. She was not friendly nor helpful and I felt she was looking down on me because I didn't know what I was doing. So I proceeded to get a new box, lose my spot in line and drive all the way home to get my own tape. I came back and dealt with another man who was equally not as friendly. I am not only disappointed the post office does not have a station to tape and such like it used to, but at the customer service of this location. DO NOT recommend going here if you don't know what you are doing entirely because you will feel embarrassed by the workers.

The service here is far from impressive. For the man who often acts as though all customers are an inconvenience to him, I had asked him for a stamp so that I could mail a Christmas card, to which he applied a long black and white $0.50 sticker along the top. I said, I was hoping for a stamp.....

I randomly selected this USPS location after some BS at the Bowmansville location.. Over at Bowmansville, I was constantly getting dinged on "surcharges" and the blonde woman there was the rudest I ever encountered(see my yelp review for that place) So the one day I got dinged 3rd time in a row on bogus "surcharges" that I declined to pay extra.. I did a quick google search for other usps in the area and came across the main ST one.. took my failed package over to Clarence Main ST and lord behold.. NO SURCHARGES! I've been going to Clarence ever since. Staff is always friendly, theres no BS.. I sell stuff from time to time on ebay and have prepaid labels.. I don't know if the woman at Bowmansville hates ebay.. thinks ebay rips off usps cause you get discounts if you print your label online.. but since I went to this location.. I have not encountered the "surcharge issue" again.. 4/5

Paul, Cathy, and Al, all have the patience of saints. I go to this location at minimum once a week, and I've seen how awful and entitled the customers can be.

Clearly some people are mixing up this post office in a brand new building on Main Street in Clarence HOLLOW with the old one a few miles away on Railroad St. in Clarence CENTER lol. There is nothing jewel-like or old fashioned or charming about the PO on Main St. Clarence, but it works fine for any PO business one might have.

I agree with very poor customer service. Is it a prerequisite that USPS counter staff appear miserable to get a job?

I have been regularly going to this post office for four years, and they are more than cordial.

Most lazy stoned out branch you will find. My route driver consistently fails to respond to door tags leaving me scratching my head as to whether or not i am actually going to get what I ordered. Driver typically looks baked out of his mind. The only time I get good service is if another carrier delivers my stuff or if there's a sub driver. It's nice to see USPS doesn't drug test or just doesn't give a crap. Use Fedex or UPS if you can. USPS is dead.
