if you’re going to get your prescriptions filled here, you better get a lawyer first. Every month for almost 6 months now, they have filled my controlled substance medication, said it was in and ready for pickup, and i go just to have them tell me that they don’t have it/gave it away… Seeing as it a certain mg and a very controlled substance, the fact that they feel comfortable just removing my prescription to fill someone else’s is absurd. They have completely thrown me off my medications by not having them, or telling me that I should call every walgreens in Buffalo asking if they have what i need (which is absolutely insane, because they can see what walgreens has what in stock!) The fact that they even told me that they gave my specific mg of medication to someone else screams scam.. This walgreens is super fishy when it comes to medications and re-fills, and they consistently lie about having things in stock. This is the SECOND time they have “given away” MY script to someone else and it has only been not even 24 hours since i called and asked if it was in and was told it was and would be ready for pickup today, but by the time i got there, they gave it away AGAIN! They than randomly “found” only 10 of my specific medication in the safe (which is incorrect, they do inventory every morning and evening, they knew that was there the entire time) and only gave me that “for now.” They have screwed my prescriptions up and have made me contact my psychiatrist to get new scripts, even though they are the ones making all the mistakes. This is absolutely unacceptable and the only location i have ever had sketchy problems with that. Go somewhere else to get your scripts, they’ll give yours away and laugh in your face when they don’t have it. They are utterly rude, unprofessional, and absolute liars that are lazy and do not want to to their job. Disgusted by the “pharmacists” at this location.

Just had the best experience ever at Walgreens Samantha helping with my prescription even calling workers comp for me which no one ever does for me and got my prescription approved she was wonderful Walgreens should be proud to have her.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent cancelation of my prescription orders twice this month. I understand that there may be circumstances that lead to order cancelations, but to have this happen twice without any resolution is unacceptable. As a customer who relies on this medication for my health and well-being, this situation has caused me undue stress and inconvenience. The pharmacy manager, Alicia, was extremely rude and not customer centric at all.
Walgreens team, you need to review your internal processes and communication protocols to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Place more emphasis and effort in the service you provide customers rather than just canceling orders and leaving them to fend for themselves!!!

I usually use Wegmans pharmacy because they’re always friendly. I had a script sent into this Walgreens because Google said they were going to be open during the holiday. When I called to check to see if it was ready the girl seemed super annoyed that I said it might be under two different last names. There was confusion surrounding the number of scripts that were sent, I had to call my doctor etc. All the scripts were sent in but apparently I have multiple profiles which she didn’t care to check or confirm when I said there should be three scripts sent in for me, but only one was showing up. When I went to pick it up I said something about this and it was the same girl and she got defensive and acted like it was my fault and I should have known I had three profiles! Like mam I don’t work there I don’t know how your computer system works. Also should prob be asking these kind of questions if a patient says there should be multiple scripts but you only see one. Anywho there was just a general attitude for no reason and exactly why I usually use Wegmans Smdh.

Walgreens is great. Always accommodating, friendly and even if short staffed they do their best. Always a pleasure going in.

Cashier and the manager, John would not honor my Walgreens digital coupons. Of all my years shopping at Walgreens I’ve never had any employee not honor my coupons. Transit and county Walgreens has way better customer service in my opinion

I hate this pharmacy, every time I call to refill a prescription it says it’s already filled and I come to pick it up and it’s not ready and I have to wait. I almost always have to wait in line and watch everyone else experience the same issue. The employees in the pharmacy are nice and professional but the counter staff is not usually friendly or happy to help. There aren’t even enough seats to wait for my prescription because there are so many others waiting already.

Registered online for Moderna booster. It took over 20 min to confirm paperwork I already filled out. New employees had no clue.

Pharmacy technician was tremendous in helping me getting a Covid test although I was late to my appointment. I wish I got her name but thank you for your kindness and thank you to Walgreens to employing such wonderful staff!

This is one of my favorite Walgreens. Probably more because of the staff than anything. I am always greeted and asked if I need assistance, everyone is always pleasant and seldom do I have a problem finding what I am looking for ... I ama true deal hunter and I love the points and Register Reward programs. While I am a MAC girl when it comes to make up I am not opposed to trying other brands. Today I was taking advantage of the Revlon sale buy 2 and get back $7 in RR They can immediately be used for something else in the store to purchase. I roamed around and chatter with a few people ...the managers are AWESOME and very personable.
