Thoughtful design in function and form. The unique design of the heated air in the surrounding envelope assure zero condensation on the ceiling!Quality and reasonable price. Attentive technical support.We installed two systems in 2015 and they have held up fabulously! Our ROI was about 26 months!.

I purchased 2 float rooms from Craig at wave float. Every time I have had any technical issues Craig was there to help me solve it. Great support so far and we are 15 months open. The rooms are great and customers love them.

Today the float room by Wave Float Rooms has been open one week. Today the automated system provided and installed can't reach website. Stuff happens but when trying to reach company to sort this problem out. No one is available to help or answer phone to let me know what is happening or to how to solve the problem. I have had to cancel my floats scheduled and am left in the dark. I cannot describe the sinking pit I feel after investing so much time and money into this endeavor to watch it crash and burn.Building float was reportedly going to be "ahead of schedule", turned out to be 3 weeks late. Actual site installation was going to take one day. Delivery was supposed to happen on a Tuesday, actually showed up on a Monday when we were out of town and delivery load was damaged in process of unloading. That took 3 additional weeks to repair.All fixed and repaired and the music doesn't work into room from tablet. Owner Craig refuses to fix it. Does not take calls to sort out these malfunctions or help get back online.And yes you are charged steeply for automation, delivery, support and installation.Highly recommend casting your float business with any other provider.
