The restaurant serves artisan pizzas and has a variety of Ecuadorian and Puerto Rican food options available. They also have an impressive selection of infused bourbons and vodkas, as well as a variety of mixed drinks to enjoy.
Lovely staff, beautiful distillery.. but wouldn’t recommend in winters! Their Thai basil liquor is an absolute hit!

I usually don’t drink flavored bourbons, but the black walnut bourbon is excellent. I’ll occasionally mix it into a cocktail, but this is a spirit that stands out best on its own.
