“Syracuse may not have many great places left, but the experiences I have at all the Marshall's stores are truly exceptional. I had such a great time last night that I felt compelled to write a review. If it were possible, this store and its employees deserve more than 5 stars!
While all the staff are wonderful, Tish stands out as one of my absolute favorites! She always makes me feel loved and welcomed, and her customer service skills are unparalleled. Retail is definitely in her blood! Marshall's is incredibly lucky to have her on their team.
The cashier, Michael, was also kind and patient. He definitely deserves recognition too!”

“Central Square store is doing better since manager Mike is back. Before when he was out I literally had to go to the Pulaski Store for things I needed. And they were very helpful there. But I am 4 minutes from Mikes store. So it is much more convenient to me. Mike runs this store the way stores used to be run. Customer service is impeccable. The new staff is willing to help with anything. And I have to say Darren is awesome. If he isn’t sure of something he will find out where or what it is. He is on top of his game. Fiona you young lady have always been so helpful. Congratulations. If Mike is aloud to continue with his running this store. Your Central Square store will be #1. “While enduring the task of buying dress pants for my Dad's Funeral Home Service the next day. ? I can say this. As soon as by brother and I entered this Target (??d by sisters) He lives near here, where as I live out of town we were directed each of us to the proper department. From looking lostly I was attended to quickly and she was above and beyond kind while showing me everything for my needs. Brought me carrying my options directly to the family dressing room making it cleaned. Awesome! When I told her I needed her honest opinion she didn't hesitate to call for assistance checking people out and that great lady was more than happy to cover so she could be directly outside my door! We both agreed on the first pair I tried on for the same reasons... wonderfully and helpful checkbook so patient as well as everyone!Extremely blessed”

“I was in 5 Below to find graduation gifts for 13 preschoolers. And of course I HIT THE JACKPOT!!! Bracelets, squishy ball fidgets, bubbles, sunglasses, etc they had it all and at prices I could afford when buying for 13 (and I work at a nonprofit preschool so I'm not rolling in the dough)?. So we were able to fill 13 gift baskets with loads of loot. And the kiddos LOVED THEM ❤️. And finally, the service was awesome. The girl up front invited me to bypass self checkout & rang me up, saving me precious time. She was friendly, happy & focused on me ( unlike so many cashiers these days). 5 Below has my business locked. They rock?”
“Just like TJ Maxx and the like but nicer stuff, well organized, great prices.Had a funny experience where I watched a man ask for a bag for 2 full-size suitcases. Like the size above carry-on and the largest in a set of 3. The clamshell type with 4 swivel wheels and handles that he used to wheel them up to the counter. He opened the larger one to put them together and tried to cram the medium one into it without unzipping the inside covers. The girl at the counter just kind of stood back because he was pissed she didn't have a bag big enough for his luggage. It was fun to watch karma get someone.”

“I got such great deals for such a good price. I got a $12 bottle of Guess men's cologne, $20 pair of comfy dress-casual brown shoes for work, a very interesting Chinese-inspired dress shirt with gold marking and patterns, and a nice maroon top shirt sleeve dress shirt I could also wear to work. I loved shopping here and hope to be back soon to see what else pops up. The variety seemed s tad bit limited on the dress shirts and the store was a bit messy. But I was glad I went”

“I have been to this Family Dolla one time in March & again in April. I was very pleased with the large/spacious aisle space. The cashier was very kind, quick & answered my questions with a lot of knowledge. For the first time ever, I did not have to witness an attention seeking distractor screaming & berating the employees. That is a huge issue at other Family Dollar stores, 90%of the time.”

“This is my local Walmart. 9 days ago, I went into Walmart to grab meds for Covid as well as some cash for a trip. I left that day with the meds, but accidentally left the $80 cash in the dispenser. I didn't notice what I had done until 3 days later when I looked in my wallet and there was no $80. Call it Covid brain fog I guess. Certainly can’t blame anyone, but myself. $80 isn’t the end of the world, so I accepted it and went on. I went back today (9 days later, after returning from my trip) after a friend suggested I at least inquire and asked if anyone had turned in the cash. I wasn’t honestly expecting much. They asked for my receipt which I eventually found and voila they had the $80 kept aside. I’m not sure whether it was another shopper or self checkout attendant that turned in the cash. What I do know is how impressed I am for Walmart documenting and holding the money in the first place. In a world of greed and dishonesty, kudos to everyone at Walmart in CSQ that made this possible.”

“A clean, if busy, store/market! It's my go to for when I need to buy a load of different things that I can't find in other places. The customer service is good, and people will always help you. It seems like everyone knows where everything is, too! One of my favorite stores in the area, I highly recommend this location!”

“Great deals and cheap clothing, Adidas and Calvin Klein that is actually affordable. Nice things all over this store. open late which is a plus for us night owls. Great clearance items you'd never expect to find. Hidden gem of a Burlington and I don't care too much for the one at Destiny mall. This one is 100 percent better, bigger. Well stocked.”
