I received courteous help in setting up the storage contract for my motorhome. The entrance keypad was easy to use and parking lot was well marked to navigate and park.

Great. For the first 6 months. Then watch your rent go up every 3 months. I have two units. Both of which have been raised twice in addition to the regular rate change after the introductory period in less than a year. 16% increase in rent in the first year. If you calculate using the intro rate it is a whopping 45% increase. Renters beware.

Forgot to review this sooner but about a month ago I rented a storage unit here and Rissa was so nice and helpful!!! She still helped me even though I came in at the last minute, gave me a tour, answered all my questions, and even let me pick the unit I wanted! So nice and clean here, and they even have bathrooms! I love how quick and easy it is to get to my unit, and being able to drive your car inside (especially during winter) is an amazing added bonus!!!! Very satisfied so far!!!!

Know this!!! There is a posted price on their site that says web rate. You can get your storage for this amount. In three months, they sent me a letter telling me my rate would go from $63/mo (which was their web rate) to $124/mo. Their site shows what I'm renting for $53 a month right now. They will jack up the price on you after you move in.Rissa who works there is amazing. I feel for her, she has to deal with customers who are being treated this way by the business model, I'll bet she gets a lot of angry phone calls. If you're renting for 3 months, great place. If you are going to be there longer, be prepared for your rates to get jacked up.
