So after reading some reviews ,I definitely had my reservations whether or not to bring my truck here for repairs.But after speaking with Tony the manager he put my mind at ease and did everything he could to have my truck back within 7 working days diring a holiday week.After a tree came down on my truck and did damage to the roof and windows!He kept me updated throughout the week on what was being done and a possible completion date. Tony and team did a great job on my pickup..

Brought my car here after a minor accident and all they gave was bunch of excuses, lies, “unexpected” delays that came to up to 50 days in a basic repair. After all, the car had multiple noises and a lot of stuff worse than before the accident. Unfortunately I must give 1 star to this place that deserves -20

So often people make all the time in the world to share an experience that has gone wrong or is really upsetting to them. However, I would like to take a bit to share an experience that I had at Gerber Collision & Glass, at the Dell Center Drive location, that went extremely great, to me. I had used Gerber Collision & Glass in Cleveland Ohio years back and was pleased then, so I already knew the company itself was great and was looking forward to using them again, for this current repair. What made this a different experience was simply the outstanding customer service alone. I was treated with nothing but respect, care and concern for myself and my vehicle, right from the very beginning. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns and if there was something they were not 100 percent sure on, they would find out the answer right then and there and made sure to give me the correct information. Brandi Grant is the first person you see when you enter Gerber or usually the first persons voice you hear on the phone when calling for questions. She is wonderful. Of course when anyone has an accident they are already upset and shaken up and she went out of her way to make sure I was ok with things when I first came in and then again right before I left. During the time I had my vehicle there for repair, I was very pleased and satisfied with Matt Race who took the time to make sure he kept me in constant communication and updated me along the way with how things were going. He kept me informed about the parts on order, when they were expected to be in, the time it would take to then do the next steps and of course the target end date of when I would get my car back. If something changed, or was delayed, he made it a point to be sure to let me know all information as time moved on. Finally, on the day my car was ready to be picked up, Brian Shaffer did a phenomenal job at going over the entire vehicle with me from front to back, top to bottom, making sure he showed me everything that was fixed or replaced. It was wonderful that he did not use jargon or “car lingo” as he was speaking, but explained things to me in a manner that anyone would have been able to understand. He took the time to be sure that I had understood everything and that I had absolutely zero questions or concerns before leaving the lot. My car looked so nice and clean inside and out as it was detailed beautifully. The entire staff worked together to make sure I was 1 completely satisfied customer with every aspect of the repair. I would absolutely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass on Dell Center Drive, to anyone looking for body work or glass work needing to be done on their vehicle. It is nice these days to have a staff that works together so well, to make sure the customer ends up happy. I am very thankful for all they did for me and am without a doubt, a 100 percent completely satisfied customer. Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass!!

The one star isn't even deserved. They spent over a month "repairing" an issue. The car was returned in FILTHY condition, dirty all inside, mud on seats. It is clear they did not care about their customers or the cars they are supposed to take care of.

Extremely untrustworthy , would have given zero stars if could . They lie to you promise when car will be ready and fail to deliver miserably on all levels . Remember people you can use ANY collision center , not only who your insurance company recommends I found this out after signing paperwork with gerber as I was sent there by insurance company . Avoid at all costs very shoddy .

This is one of the worst experiences I have had to deal with. Multiple times they said it will be done. Since they had my vehicle I had to arrange a ride they told me it would be done. I show up and it is not done, have to now Uber back, and attempt to arrange a new ride another day. This is unacceptable customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I can not speak highly enough about the customer service (I'm looking at you, Erica!!!). I was constantly texted updates, my questions were answered promptly, and this location had availability so much sooner than Watertown. We are very pleased we chose to go to this location. Car accidents are never fun, but working with Gerber made the repair part so simple.

I gave them more stars than they deserved. I dropped my car off the first time on March 14. I got a call it was ready on March 17. We picked it up after hours. It went in for hood damage including a dent, paint, a cracked windshield, smashed grill and front bumper cover repair. We picked it up and the hood still had a dent and the windshield wasn't replaced!After fighting with them and insurance for over 3.5 weeks, I dropped off for the second time. They gave me the nastiest rental to drive and it took 10 DAYS to repair a dent and a windshield. When we picked it up, the hood had bondo on the underside of it. Apparently someone thought it was ok to not sand it down and just paint over it. There was also some kind of white dust all over the inside of my car.Their receptionist needs some customer service training. I would never recommend them to anyone.In total, this whole mess took 54 days from when the accident happened, until I picked it up.Services: Body & Trim

Unfortunately, you have to give at least 1 star to leave a review. This company is a nightmare to deal with. As soon as the car was dropped off, the whole story changed. They ordered the parts and had them come in PRIOR to scheduling a repair appointment. My estimate for work time frame was 17 days. I received my car back 44 days later. Their manager had a lot to say and imply about me when he had discussions with my insurance company, not knowing I was present on the line as well. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I hope nobody else has to go through this. Avoid this place at all costs!

I can’t say enough wonderful things! They made a horrible experience of getting into an accident great! Brandi was fantastic walking me through the paperwork. Kiersten kept me informed throughout my estimate/work done. Picking my “back to perfect condition” car up was a breeze! Highly recommend not only are they quick but they're customer service is excellent! went to pick up my car and was running very late I called and spoke with Kirsten she was very understanding and didn't have any issue with waiting even though they were closing, Erica even waited 30 minutes past close so I could give her my keys, I guarantee no other place would do that! That is definitely going above and beyond to make your customer happy! I will definitely be using them in the future for anything else I need done on my car and recommending everyone to them!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My boyfriend sent his car in for damage from an accident. They said it would b done Wednesday or Friday at the latest. I called today and now they saying another week. They aren’t good on their word don’t stick to the time frame they say. I’ve heard bad things about this place and we realize now we should of listened to those that warned us
