I Do not recommend!!! I am the property manager of a high end Apartment Complex, and I called to possibly get established with this towing company. The person on the phone was very RUDE and said he would not work with our company in case there was turnover. He did not want to spend the money on signs to display at our property. Little did he know, I would have paid for the signs but due to his poor customer service and attitude- I would never give them my business. Their loss. Do not use them!!!

Very disrespectful and rude! Mocking my mother over the phone who is struggling financially due to an error in the system, 10/10 DO NOT recommend! And onto of all! We were quoted 250$ over then phone and when we got there he said its 270$ because of tax! When you quote something that includes tax sorry not sorry.

Charged me 600 to tow my truck home from highway. Extra charges. Like a guardrail removal fee of 200 When my truck was barely touching the guardrail. Made me sick.

Horrible experience (PLEASE READ). This winter I got in an accident and since I don’t live in the Syracuse area I asked the officer at the scene where to tow the car, he recommended Michael’s. My car was towed there and I called that day to ask the state of my vehicle. I explained that my car had been brought in without me to which the man on the phone said “oh yeah honey it’s totaled” before I even told him which car was mine. My dad is a mechanic and I have a decent understanding of cars so I responded “what’s wrong? Is it the radiator?” To which the man replied “oh yeah, radiator, cylinders, coolant, everything”. I questioned this because those things are not related or even specific terms. Rather than answered my questions he said “stick a fork In it darling” and hung up on me. I had my car towed back to my home where I discovered the only issue with my car was a messed up bumper and a bent wheel. I fixed it myself for $50, Michael’s just wanted my car.

Called to find out about a tow the guy there was very rude would not give his name, yelled at me and was very unprofessional, do not recommend.

This is an unprofessional business. The dispatcher wasn't informative, very rude, and they hung up on us. I thought a place of business is supposed to serve the customers. Not this business!

Very kind and personable. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a tow! Please remember to move over for tow truck drivers! They are someone's family.
