We have been renting from this company for over 4 years. Started off great, however they have been cutting back on office hours and staff. Most recently went twice to pay rent and no one in the office. No office hours posted, no phone numbers or Emergency contact info. Only no reply emails. Clearly this company no longer wants to be bothered by the customers.

I needed a storage unit fast. A week later I had to get a second storage unit. I felt secure in getting a second unit. There was a death in the family, and I was not expecting to need a storage unit to make room in the house for as many family coming to stay over. I am in a special circumstance where I needed two units, one for the family & one just for myself. There are plenty of different size options available for rent including larger ones than the two I needed.
Scot is amazing, and very knowledgeable when I had questions regarding the storage facility like the difference between climate controlled units vs enclosed outdoor storage units, etc. I was confident with the facility to get a second unit. The later gate access time drop off for storage is also a bonus. I do intend to reduce the number of storage units I have and may get a larger unit so I can move all my storage from another storage facility and bring everything to A-Verdi.

Absolutely an amazing facility never had an issue in 4 years I've rented there Scot was absolutely amazing place was always clean neat and organized and always willing to help

This is our 3rd time we have done business here. Scot was so helpful signing up to rent and moving out when we no longer needed the storage space. If we need storage again we will definitely go back to this facility. Scot is so nice and made our experience so pleasant we were a little sad to say goodbye.

The site manager Scot went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! He maintains great contact and communication, follows up thoroughly, and just overall provides superior customer service! The office is immaculate and the process of renting was one of the most seamless experiences I've ever had! Personable and friendly service and really great rates to rent a unit! Thank you again A-Verdi AND Scot Ennis for everything!
