Joel is extremely rude to customers and unprofessional. My family has had 2 different encounters with him now where he has been rude to us. Complaints have been filed with T-Mobile customer service. He needs some training on how to treat customers or should be fired. Will not be going back to this location because of him.

Will never go back, would rather drive to Destiny or another location. When I sat with the salesman who is not at fault and I thought was trying to provide service is when the issue started. He went back to see how many iphone 15 pro’s they had in stock. He came back and told me there was 1 black 128gb pro in the back which is one of the colors I was looking for. However, I was asked if I would agree to place a virtual line on my account and pay $10 a month for 4 months to what he was told by his manager. I said no because why would I pay for something I don’t need? Well when I said no, I was told it would take a few days for the phone to arrive to me. I said, “but you have one in the back” and the response was pretty much unless I agreed to do this virtual line they would not give me the iPhone that was available as me doing so would be me giving them help by giving them a credit as the next customer would not be able to have the phone is what I was told. Hint, I was the only and first customer that morning. This type of business is very shady and is completely extorting money out of a customer in order to pad the stores sales scores and make them look good to corporate as they are not a corporate store. This is very unacceptable and the manager who made the decision to refuse to sell me a phone unless I did something for them that cost me money should be fired.

Had a new screen protector put on my Samsung to replace the cracked one and there is a hair in it. It's more annoying than the cracked one ?

Hate T-mobile with a passion!Had to switch to AT&T for a better plan and great service EVERYWHERE!I recommend the store in B-Ville where Jasper saved me and informed me on all I need and got me into a new phone for a fraction of the price!

Former/current sprint business customer. Previously we were never able to go to a store to get services performed, but we were told on the phone that we needed to this time around. Worked with Paul & he was great. Both of them were knowledgeable and really tried to see what we could do to keep our plan low as long as possible. They also helped me upgrade a line without adding anything but the monthly fees, which I could have also paid entirely up front. They held a phone for me to come back and upgrade a few days later, even though the opportunity was there to sell it to someone else. They don’t have many in-store device options, which is tough, but that is no fault of the employees; that’s just how it is.

Store is out of everything you need won’t make changes as asked because “the system will freak out” even tho the screens are same brand and price because god forbid they have to actually work employees are not helpful don’t care about their job.

Came in for an upgrade, the staff were extremely professional and very courteous. I was in and out with almost no wait time. I am more than pleased with the service I was given, and will likely return in the future.
