Has to be the worst USPS postal service I have ever experienced, and yes, i have had many addresses in many different states. Mail constantly delivered to the wrong address, pretty sure i deliver my neighbors mail to them just as much as the postman does. Mail consistently marked as delivered and does not get delivered for days if at at all! No other delivery companies have this issue in my neighborhood meaning it is not a theft issue as much as it is a too lazy to do thier job correctly issue. Several times I have showed up early on a saterday morning, when hours say they are open, and the doors are still locked. Seriously, what is up with this location!

The staff here is friendly and helpful! I had a package that needed to be delivered before a certain date as it contained important information. Unfortunately it was mis-shipped but they took the time to help me track it down even though I don't live around the area! Would recommend their services/help!

Ladies at the counter are extremely slow. One of the older ones is just plain rude, a combination of extremely lazy and I would imagine a dislike of their job.

I don’t know who is delivering to the Cicero addresses but get it together. Packages showing delivered but they are no where to be found. It’s becoming a regular occurrence.

Lots of delivery problems recently to my Cicero address. Packages that were said to have been delivered, but weren't. Mail and packages delivered to wrong address. Half of outgoing Christmas cards left in mailbox. Carelessness in general.

I don’t know if its this office that does mail deliveries in Cicero estates but they need to be careful on how they place the mail in the mailboxes my mail box will not open because mail is lodged between the door I’ve tried prying it open with a knife and nothing. This could be important mail and now I have to wait until the next mail delivery or the landlord gets here to fix it, please be mindful next time bc if the mailbox gets broken that’s on us !

The mail man that delivers in laurelwood needs to be fired. He is too lazy to get out of his truck to leave my package at door so he sends it back and says mailbox was blocked. He does this constantly. Also I get informed delivery and numerous times he does NOT deliver my mail. And when I am able to speak to him he is BEYOND RUDE

Phone communication good at office, thank you, and hence the two-star rating for that. Delivery person's poor and disrespectful to a senior citizen after delivering to the wrong address, then to me after I had to contact the Post Office. No, I was not disrespectful to him! Even if that should be an issue.This is the second time a package recently was delivered to the wrong address for me and I had to call, what if I wasn't home to call and the package was kept by the house it was delivered to, I couldn't prove it, and you would blame me for having it stolen. Really sad, the state of the USPS at this point. No wonder they are loosing so much money and raising prices. Maybe less nepotism and hiring competent workers would help.P.S. I have also delivered multiple letters to the correct address after being left in my mailbox, not to mention late arrives on packages. Please get your stuff together. From a 40-year resident of Clay and have never experienced this incompetence before in all those years.
