ALL of my nails completely fell off and I’ve only had them on for not even a full week. I had the cats eye nails and they all fell off me. I won’t be coming back again. I hope no one has the same experience. I spent 70$ for my nails to all break off. And the best part is I wear gloves during my line of work so I don’t ruin them. But they all fell off me. None of them lasted more than 6 days. I won’t be going back.

To start, I was charged more than the listed price. The tech did not cut my cuticles. My nails are not even. They have rigid edges on them. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. The shortest time I've ever spent in a nail salon, and the quality shows. I will not go back here.

Unfortunately, I won't be returning
The first time was great, and nails lasted 3 months. .
Me and my friends returned, I love my nails and they are lovely! Unfortunately my friend got a lady with one airpod in and now her nails are falling off after 4 days! She is afraid to even call. I do like this place but unfortunately from this bad service we won't come back

Jessie did a wonderful job! I had got my nails done at another salon and they looked really bad and were lifting after a week. Jessie listened to me and fixed my nails. Now they look beautiful! I highly recommend! I will not go anywhere else now. Thank you Jessie.

The people who work here are extremely friendly. They do the best powder dip manicure in the area - it lasts longer than others because they finish it with a gel top coat.

I love this place! My family still lives in the area and every time I visit, I come here. They are all so nice and do a very excellent pedicure. Very relaxing.

Went there for SNS/powder dipped and the young girl working there was BEYOND rude. It was my first time there and I didn't know where the sink was to wash my hands. She was angry that she had to stop her phone conversation to show me where the sink was. Then when I asked for a color chart and didn't see where she was pointng, she angrily got up and handed me two books without saying anything. She definitely didn't want to have her personal phone call interrupted.
In addition, I have a trigger finger - my knuckle sometimes locks up on my pinky finger. The final straw was when she told me to relax my finger and I told her there was a problem with it locking up and she gave me the nastiest disgusting look like it was too much for her to handle. I then asked her if she was having a bad day and she bluntly said no. I then told her she had been rude to me since I had arrived and I would like someone else to give me service. She rudely pointed and said go to another chair. A man then took over. I told him that I have gone to various nail salons for around 10 years and I never have been treated so rudely. He didn't say a word or apologize. You would think it couldn't get worse, but the icing on the cake is they did a poor job. Lots of bumps and ridges near my nail bed. Plus the salon is very cluttered and DIRTY!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GIVING THEM ANY MORE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! Trust me...spend your money with a nail salon that knows how to treat customers.

Only place I go to get my nails done. They are Perfect! My pedicures are heavenly and my feet are so soft and smooth it’s a dream! My nail color stays on for months!

Made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 5pm. Came in at 5pm, immediately yelled at to sign in, since no one was at the table. I went to sit down, and once I sat they yell at me to go choose my color. I went over to the gel nail colors, and then they yell at me to wash my hands first. I understand sanitation is necessary, but being barked orders isn't what I was expecting after work at a salon I go to. I go to a salon for service, and this wasn't it.
I choose my color, then they tell me to go sit in the pedicure chairs with my guest. Ok, I go to the chairs they gesture me to, then they tell me "No not that one".
OK. Whatever, I go to the chair. I'm talking with my guest, and about 25 minutes go by without one word, or look from anyone, no one was attending us. I would understand that better if we didn't have an appointment, but we didn't even have water in the foot spas.
Having other things to do that night, we got up and left. One of the ladies looked over, and said "2 minutes", and that would have done wonders if we weren't already fed up. We weren't rude about anything, we just felt like we were an inconvenience which isn't how you want to feel when you're trying to pamper yourself after work.
I understand life gets in the way, but it doesn't cost you anything to be kind.

I've been coming back here for years. It's a wonderful experience. I have brought 3 generations of my family in for pedicures, sometimes as many as 5 of us. Fantastic experience every time!
