Terrible service. There's always a very long wait, many hours go by after the prescription has been called in and then when they wait on you they act like none of this is a problem!

I had to go to this location after my wife's post giving birth prescriptions were sent here by mistake. After being treated very rudely by the staff at the location on RTE 11 I could not have been more satisfied with how they helped me out at this location. The staff and pharmacist were absolutely great and I will only use them from now on. Having a wife who suffers from post pardon anxiety is very stressful on the whole family and while the location on RTE 11 could not have been more rude and unhelpful the staff at this location were fantastic and I would very much like to thank them for it.

What started out feeling like it might've been good experience turned out to be my worst. Dr. DeVito is very personable and engaging however my prescription was incorrect. I also was given contacts that were close to my prescription but waited until i could get the corrected pair. After all was said and done, when I returned for my follow-up exam and explained to her that I felt as though the prescription wasn't right, I was told I would have to pay for the follow-up exam. That the exam would fall under a copay for dry eye, which I don't have. I was immediately defensive as she explained to me on my 1st appt that I didn't exhibit any signs or symptoms of dry eye. Unfortunately I walked away with an incorrect prescription and will not go back there. I've never been to an eye doctor that charged for a followup exam for a contact prescription. So wierd, but in this world it's all about money!
