I just received a Fisherman's gift box from my daughter in NY. It packed perfectly. I opened the curd and it was squikey just how I like it. I live in Florida and you just can't get good curd. You have the best.

Hands down THE BEST cheese store around! No one can make cheese curd or offers such a wide selection of fresh cheese like this place! A true gem! They have a wide selection of cheese, bologna, as well as selling dry good foods and other local goods such as honey and coffee.
