“I can't say enough nice things about this bank's branch manager Scott. I had a hacker get access to my debit card and they stole $2000 out of my account through PayPal. I went in and talked to Scott and he actually cared unlike the Carthage branch workers. He took time to open up a new account for me and tried to get me a line of credit while my money in my account was tied up. He put thru to the fraud department a 48 hour hardship so I got my money back in around 3 days. Scott really went above and beyond to try to help me, the little guy. I will forever be grateful as I was very upset and stressed cause I had no other money to live on while the fraud team investigated.”

“This was a great experience. We took a group of over 40 and the staff was very accommodating and professional. Golf, go karts and an arcade were on site as well as a subway for lunch. The package deal per student was very reasonable. Will probably be returning with the big group again.”
