“My car was leaking brake fluid. I brought it to John for repairs. He replaced the brake lines for me. They were in bad condition and unsafe. He also performed a full brake job to ensure our safety. He also cleaned up the headlights and fixed some rust on the body. He did a fantastic job and the car runs like new. I would highly recommend John for any body work or repairs. “If you drive a Subaru and live or study near Ray's then you are in luck. Ray kept my daughters Outback in top shape while she was a student at Syracuse. He really knows these inside and out (30 years experience) which is handy because he can do things faster and right the first time.He is also a good guy, for example: my daughter's hood rod holder was missing and she had been using an elastic to keep the rod from bouncing onto the spinning belts. She took the car in for exhaust service and Ray saw this, found one he had 'kicking around' and installed it for her. He just did it on his own, that is how Ray rolls.Services: Exhaust”
“I'll start by saying this place has the best customer service I've ever received from any company before!Rick went out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible. Engine arrived with damage, from shipping company being rough with it. It was not Rick's fault at all, but he took full responsibility. Paid to have the damage fixed (which wasn't cheap) just to keep me happy! Didn't make me wait for a claim from the shipping company or anything, just took matters in to his own hands.On the phone and email, he takes interest in to your project and doesn't make you feel like he just wants your money. He doesn't make you feel rushed to make a decision and get off the phone.I called a few places while looking for my engine, and Rick gave me the best price and made me feel good about my purchase with him! I will Def look here before any where else in the future!”

“(TL;DR: Car was in perfect condition inside and out. The process of getting it back was simple. Their receptionist was very helpful. Wasn't too costly. Website is dated with no hours listed. Read any forms you're given before actually signing them!)I'm embarrassed to admit that I had my car repoed by them, due to my own negligence. When I saw the reviews on Google, I became absolutely terrified that something awful happened to my car when they towed it. I was also very afraid of someone breaking into it and stealing my belongings, especially sincs my entire wallet was inside of it when they took it.However, once I managed to get the money to get my car back (it was taken at some point on Thursday, and I got it back on Monday), everything went smoothly! I must have called about a dozen times, to make sure that I had everything that I needed and that I would get there before closing, but the receptionist was very sweet and didn't seem to grow impatient with me, despite it being obvious that it was the same person calling. When I finally arrived, FIVE minutes before closing time, I handed over the cash for the fees ($40 administrative fee and $40 for each day), I signed a form, a picture was taken of my ID that I retrieved from my car, and that was it! The inside of my car was EXACTLY how I left it, including my wallet, and I couldn't even find amy scratches on the outside.My reasons for giving 4 stars instead of 5:Their website is dated and doesn't work well on mobile devices, and their hours are not listed on it, which would have eliminated one of my repeated phone calls. The other thing didn't sit well with me is the form. I was obviously anxious to get out of there and to have my car back, so I foolishly didn't read the form before signing it. However, I read my copy of it later that day and realized that it stated that I acknowledge that my car was in the same condition as before they towed it, and that they are not at fault for any damage that may have been done. I hadn't even seen my car yet when I was handed that to sign! I'm grateful that nothing was wrong with it or I would have been livid.”
