Arch Salon, located in Clifton Park, is known for its cleanliness and friendly staff who provide competent eyebrow threading services. Customers appreciate the quick service and good prices, despite the small shop size. However, there have been issues with reliability regarding business hours, as the online hours do not always match the posted hours and there have been instances of the salon being closed during scheduled hours. Additionally, some customers have had difficulty reaching the salon by phone. Despite these concerns, customers generally express satisfaction with the eyebrow threading services and plan to return.

I love coming up here even though I am almost 2 hours away. I feel as though she is very thorough and ensures all the hair is removed. Very personable!
