People was polite went to 3 stores 2 of them didn't have the phone I wanted in stock and the 3rd wasn't even open at 2pm on a friday.... ended up just ordering it online

We switched to AT&T at the end of December. Our bill had been wrong every time, services were added that we specifically declined. They won’t call you back despite leaving multiple messages. Have tried contacting the store manager Rachel, business manager Josh and Kurt and even the toll free customer service and no one wants to help you. Don’t go to this location.
It’s been almost 6 months and despite stopping by the store, calling multiple people no one follows up. We are being over charged for add ons that we said we didn’t want, for equipment that was supposed to be free with trading and no one cares enough to even call back. Jeff is the latest area manager I’ve been in touch with, who told me he would call me back once he looks into it and it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve left him multiple messages.
I even reached out per your reply and still no response. HORRIBLE customer service.

Absolutely awful experience. Ryan was more concerned with trying to sell me multiple products and giving me flyers to pass out to my coworkers than helping me upgrade my iPhone and setting it up properly. Going on day 2 of not having my phone correct.

This store is great don’t let some of the reviews put you off , I actually work close by! The people in here are hard working and dedicated to the job. Just be realistic! You can’t ask a store to credit you after almost 3 years. Clifton park people can be too much sometimes. Treat customer service people better !!

Less than pleased on experience. Never had issue until this past November with an issue with my phone freezing. Did get a new phone and had to go back twice to get some activation done. I was emailed about returning phone which was a Motorola. Returned it to the store which same sales person took to return. Called customer service to let them know phone had been returned which was in December. No fee for two billing cycles. Now February bill has $125.00 charge for not returning equipment. Store never returned. Found out after explaining my situation to Michael yesterday that phone should not have been left at store. Calling customer service again notes made by Michael stated they had no way to contact and did not know why phone was left with them. That is not true. Looks like I am now stuck with this fee because of employee error. I would at least like half of this fee credited to my account.

I really like to know how this store received over a 4. I am so unhappy with this Clifton Park store. Not able to follow up with customers, lie on past employees, talk about past employees job history. Unprofessional and more. Even customer service wasn't helpful. As soon as possible, I will be getting another carrier. More training for your employees At&t. A gentleman was there bragging how the store saved him money. Funny they were so helpful with this man. Mmmmmm wonder why...I could take a guess?! You got me this time, At&t, you won't get me again!
