My windshield was hit by a pesky rock somewhere during my commute and cracked on the passenger side, the minute I called Superior Glass, the owner put me at ease and made the process so easy from start to finish. He was friendly, professional and communicative every step of the way and got me back on the road very quickly. I was able to drop my car off after work and pick it up the next day after work, the windshield looks perfect and I could not be happier. “They provide an outstanding service from the finish your phone call. They make it easy for all your glasses repair needs. They work with many Insurance to make the process as smooth. They will come to your house and this is the second time I have used them for my cars. I would not go to a different shop as long as they are available. All the staff is nice there and they go above and beyond explaining things. They have a nice waiting area in case you want to wait for your car like I did in this case due to the snow. On my previous repair they came to my house and the process was smooth. Also, they provide you with a quick appointment. “If I could rate more than 5 stars i would. After being told by safelite my windshield crack from a highway rock was repairable and safelite canceling me once and no showing on me twice wasting 3 of my days waiting ..I got appt promptly at Capitalland glass. They advise replace and got new windshield and installed within 48 hours. They are awesome. Kept me aware of plan and progress the whole time.

“Unfortunately for me a rock hit my windshield in RT787 and cracked it. so I stopped by on a Tuesday just to see what they can do for me. and Sue (such a sweet lady at the office) had schedule a technician to come to my house the next day. “THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE BODY WORK DONE.... I was rear ended and my pumper was damaged. I went to Carman Body Works because my sister has had work done there previously and raved about how great they were. They were great, their customer service is fantastic. I went to get my pumper fixed at a season where they had a crazy work case load. They work with both insurance companies to make sure everything is organized and paid for. Which since I was rear ended and it wasn't my fault the other insurance company paid for the repairs. They also found additional damage that was caused to the rear when taking the pumper off to put on the new one. They called and informed the insurance company that was paying for the repairs on my behalf and they also were able to get that covered for me. Over all great experience. Also on a side note my door handle just broke on my driver side door. Needless to say its a no brainer where I am going to go. I just called them and will be having them give me an estimate later before they close today.”

They are able to make me 2 pieces of windshield glass for my 1990 wellcraft 233 eclipse boat which no other glass companies that I've called would do.These guys are Professionals the real deal. Their shop is huge. They have Ben doing this for a long time and it shows. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who has a glass problem. They do it all.”

I got hit by deer ? on the high way, it was a Friday, and I needed my car fix because I had to go out of state, and these guys worked around the clock so i can get my car to leave the Monday.
They dont usually work on weekends, but they did it for me happily, and they will do it for anyone!

“The team at Gerber is so kind and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough! I recently had some collision repair work done on my car and in the repair process, my spare tire was accidentally left out of the car. I didn’t notice myself, but when the shop realized they had the tire they immediately reached out and apologized, and offered to do my snow tire change for free when I went to pick up the spare. Throughout the process they were responsive, and they were very informative and patient with teaching me a few things about the car.”
“Would absolutely without a doubt 1000000% recommend these guys to anyone! Was quoted for a front windshield I told them I’d have to take off work to get it done and that I’d call them back to setup an appointment, 10 minutes later they called me back and said they didn’t want me to have to miss out on work and a paycheck for the day and told me to bring it to them, mind you it’s almost 6pm on a FRIDAY and they got me in to get it done! “Great people. My fiancé was sick so I couldn’t drop the car off as scheduled. I called them at 8:30 and my appointment was at 9am. The woman who answers the phones was very polite. She understood and quickly suggested sending someone to pick it up and drop it off for me while I worked. Rocco came to pick up the vehicle right at 9:10. He was informative and explained the whole process. I had my jeep back before I was done with work. Rocco, the woman and that specific location went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much ! ?”
