“Ten years ago I contracted with Terry’s to replace wood flooring and carpeting in my home. Terry came personally to provide an estimate for the job. It was especially important to me that, although Terry came with assistants to do the installations, he did much of the work himself, as well as overseeing the work of his assistants. The installations were done quickly, neatly and professionally. He got a “5 out of 5” for that job. Very recently I contracted with Terry’s to replace carpeting in a hallway and stairs. What happened? Same as above. Same great work. As a bonus, Molly who manages the store was really patient and helped us to find just the right carpet and color for the application (high wear).”

“I have been installing floors since 2005 when Fred Colucci first showed me the ropes.His daughter Lisa and her staff have continued the tradition of providing top quality work for as fair a price as one can find anywhere to this day.The one horrible review left on this site is an anomoly. Nothing gained by disparaging the author, but I'll just say I was there, and understood the situation, and vigorously suggested to Colucci's lead man to walk away from the job.He decided to try to stick it out and went above and beyond to adapt to the very unusual circumstances of this particular installation.If I were to give them a bad grade for that incident, I would say they should have walked away sooner. That said, that negative review came from a guaranteed disaster waiting to happen.If I could reverse the review I would do so to warn any future potential contractors to steer clear of said customer.Colucci flooring really does go above and beyond others to provide a quality install at a fair price.
