I don't usually review anything other than food establishments, but this business deserves 5/5 no doubt. You have to appreciate the no bs, in and out service they provide.
My iPhone 13 Pro Max had extensive water damage about 3 months ago, and had the "green screen of death." I thought it was donezo, but $212 and 30 mins later it was back to turning on and working like new.
A great add is that if they can't fix your device they charge you nothing. Thanks a lot to this business!

The place is a ripoff. Went on Tuesday to have my phone fixed , paid $240.75 to get it fix. Bottom of my screen is all dark went back couple days later , they asking me to pay an other $240 to have it fix again

My son's iphone 12 started acting weirdly ( the day before he was to start college, so were pretty desperate. Shane and his partner (Kevin? sorry...) were amazing. Totally problem-solved the software issues and fixed them in a way that I never would've figured out without days of watching videos, if I was lucky. Hugely helpful and would recommend them both very highly!!

Visiting from out of state and broke screen. The guys were great- pleasant and quick. Forward with the fact that Google phones are quirky and don't allow finger prints after screen replacement - but also provided a lead that may work to reinstate the feature. 10/10 recommendation

It's Monday. I walked in 11:40am. Our Ipad was still working, but the screen was SHATTERED. They gave me a reasonable price. At 1:13pm, I received a text that it was ready. It's perfect! The guys working were just delightful. When I mentioned an issue with my phone it was checked on the spot and I was quoted immediately (was definitely reasonable, but I need a new phone for a variety of reasons so I didn't do the repair). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE IF YOU BREAK YOUR TECH!

Great place with great guys. I thought my phone was done for but they sent it to a specialist and retrieved all my data back. They also transferred all the data to my new phone free of charge.

Professional and honest. This company uses quality replacement parts unlike the little kiosks in the malls. Price is fair in my opinion. I highly recommend this business!!!

Went into the shop to replace a cracked Pixel 6 Pro screen. Unfortunately, and due to no fault of cell phone Fix-ER, I got a defective screen from the manufacturer which they later re-replaced for free.
Within two weeks this screen also broke, which means I had the misfortune of two defective screens from the manufacturer.
At this point I also realized I was only $80 away from a phone upgrade at Verizon So I asked Kevin and his team for a refund. True to their no fix no fee policy, once I told them the situation, they happily refunded me the full amount (after putting my og cracked screen back on so they could send the defective screens back to manufacturer)
While it didn't work out, they were true to their word, polite, and courteous, so gotta put in a kind word for that! ??

Verizon said there was no fix to my phone and I needed to buy a new phone. The young man here fixed it in one minute for $10. I would recommend this establishment !
