GO HERE instead of the Latham location! I was pleasantly surprised with how fast I was taken care of, and everyone was courteous and kind, especially Christie who helped me through my glasses selection and ordering process. She did her best to get me any available benefits and even informed me how to tell the size of a glasses frame, and what size would work best for me. Overall 5/5 experience… never going back to Latham where there are long waits and rude staff.

I had a very positive experience at Visionworks at the Crossings. I was greeted promptly and the service was excellent. I was assisted by Christie. She is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful to me in selecting frames. She is also a very pleasant, personable, and professional. I highly recommend this store.

I had Christie she is very knowledgeable and she was an absolute pleasure to be around, she is very sweet, fun loving and very helpful. I would recommend the Clifton Park location to everyone I know. ???

Kasey Marron provided me with amazing customer service and answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the glasses that worked for me. Ramon assisted me as well and was very helpful in explaining what each test was. Showed up early and was taken early so that was an added bonus! Thanks again to Kasey for helping me go outside of my comfort zone on glasses and try something different that works for me! Will be back

The eye exam appointment is incredibly efficient with no wait time. Upon arriving on time, Jennifer promptly checked us in and took the time to explain all the options and costs upfront. Dr. Pereira patiently addressed all our questions, and the facility's advanced eye exam technologies made the visit comfortable, especially for the little one. Melissa assisted us in getting the glasses, even taking the time to educate the child about them. The online appointment system worked flawlessly. Overall, it was a fantastic visit with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Each person I interacted with was friendly, calm, helpful and efficient. From the person at reception to Sara who did the exams in the office, to Sandy who did the exams through Telehealth, the doctor who took the time to explain everything to me and then the very helpful knowledgeable person who helped me choose eye glasses and contacts and explained all the costs to me. They each took time with me and I didn't feel rushed. The office was also calm and comfortable. Thank you!!

Was in recently for my every other year exam. My contact prescription that's been the same for years was changed and now my vision is very blurry in one eye because in that eye they gave me a weaker prescription. The appointment was in-office telehealth and it definitely felt like a lower quality of care. The Dr kept asking me if I knew what my old prescription was and my family history and stuff that is all in my records. I've been going there a very long time and have never had a doctor have to ask me what my prior prescription was. She also kept referencing things that were showing on the telehealth screen that was literally across the room from me while I had no contacts in and couldn't see anything she was taking about. I also left with sample contacts to try at home after being told to put the contacts I brought in with me whereas in the past I've always been instructed to try on the new lenses in office to make sure everything looked and felt right before leaving. 2 stars instead of one because all the staff were very nice, friendly, and polite and the facility is nice a well.

Jennifer and Marissa worked with my daughter and me today and were very accommodating with my son’s delayed canoeing schedule. Sarah was very nice about rescheduling him next week. Dr Bonanni was very helpful with getting my daughter set up with her first pair of contacts and John was friendly too ordering my glasses. This was a much better experience for us than the last time with masks and Covid and trying to picture what the glasses frames look like without a mask on. Thanks for making it easy today and being flexible!

Ramon was very helpful doing my very first pair of prescription sun glasses. I can't wait for them to come in and use them kayaking. Everyone at Clifton Park was very friendly.

I called to make an appointment for an eye exam some young women that answered the phone told me an out of pocket exam is $50. Then I find out when I get there they are going to charge me 84 and some change. Because their eye exam is in fact $50 but then they add on a retinal exam which you basically have no choice to get that’s an additional $35. I will not be going back to this location ever again. The women I spoke to on the phone told me corporate changed it years back. Then told me their customer service department doesn’t know anything. They even said it sounded strange and they had to connect me to the Clifton park location. I was on hold waiting to be connected before they got on the phone for at least 45 minutes. Good job you lost 2 customers. I will be taking my business else where.

I made an appointment online (since it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone!) weeks ago. They called me the night before the appointment to confirm that I knew it is a telehealth appointment. SERIOUSLY!!?? How can I get an exam seeing a doctor on a screen?? I cancelled on the spot, I am furious! There is no way to tell that it was going to be a telehealth appointment. Now I have to start over to find someone else. I will never go there again! I would give it zero stars if I could!

Melissa assisted me with selecting my new frames. She was extremely helpful in deciding what types of frames would be best for me! I had a very positive experience at Visionworks. Everyone I spoke with was very polite; service was prompt and communication was excellent. They were easily able to accommodate my walk-in visit, and I was very impressed with the wide selection of glasses available. Will definitely return.

I had an appointment for a routine eye exam and planned to purchase new frames and prescription sunglasses. I had a fantastic experience!! Every single employee from check in and pre screening to the telemedicine appointment and frame selection was amazingly friendly and helpful.I cannot remember the name of the young man who checked me in but it’s always a pleasure when your appointment starts off with a smile and a great attitude.Sara did my pre screening and she was absolutely fabulous. She explained everything so that I understood what was going to happen next.Holly facilitated the telemedicine eye exam with the technician and the Dr. She was so incredibly friendly and made the exam go so smoothly with the tech and the doctor.Melissa helped me with my frame and lens selections. She was so knowledgeable and really helped me decide which option I should go with for my progressive lenses.Each employee took their time with me and listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions.If I could give this rating higher than 5 stars I would !
