Fedex guy delivered package to the wrong address or stole the package and marked it "delivered". Conveniently he did not take any photograph. So their great AI system says "package delivered, can't help you" and kept cutting me off. This has happened before and even the customer service agent told me to "get lost". They will not go further because "it's delivered, how wonderful we are". But the shipper had power so got that or another package delivered. Fedex has not bothered to correct this flaw where the Fedex guy can just deliver to the wrong address (or steal a package) and mark it delivered. Sorry, forgot to take photo.

Quick and easy drop off at Walgreens. Had to wait a bit though as the person running the register also does photo and the FedEx shipping.

This store is a joke. Can’t get any help, can’t handle FedEx returns even though that’s where the dropoff location lists through vendors, no one around. Ridiculous. Manager won’t help. Livid.

Walgreens wouldn't accept my package. I was using a corporate account and paying for it from my business. They couldn't tell me why they just told me the other places I could try. This was after waiting for quite a while.

Called to ask about FedEx shipping supplies. Male clerk could not understand what I was asking for at first, was abrupt and unfriendly. Time to go to UPS I think.

Easy peasy. Dropped off my package at Walgreens and they texted me the tracking number and receipt.
