Went for two front tires to be installed it took 3 1/2 hours, then about a few days later my tire almost completely comes off because the guy did not tighten the lug nuts on my right tire, almost got into an accident on the highway, I was almost thinking about taking them to court but I'm just going to leave them alone like everyone else should

The staff at the Clifton park location is amazing. It’s nice to have an establishment over deliver on service and always deliver top notch service. Shout out to Issac and Tyler for being amazing. They have earned my trust and we will be coming back!

The service is always top notch and on point. The wait was not long considering the work I needed done. The pricing is comparable to other shops. The plus side is the coupons that are offered online. The staff is always friendly and inviting.

Sean and Tabatha are amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. Kept me updated on my vehicle and I did not feel pressured, ignored or belittled like other shops. This shop is full of honest, friendly and fair people, I'll be sending my friends and family to firestone!
