Worst experience with a collision shop I’ve ever had. Brought in a vehicle for a minor cosmetic dent on the fender, and Caliber proceeded to take off the whole front of the car including side mirror, door handles, headlight etc. They wanted to charge me to for putting the parts back on. I refused and bought it someplace else. Won’t be returning

Had a paint job repair on my car in 2021 and was very pleased with the outcome. Came back to have some scratch marks fixed on the side of my car. Simon the manager said they could buff it for me. Mike buffed the scratch marks off in less than 15 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the work. Can’t even tell there were scratch marks there before. I’m very pleased with the services here. Even the receptionist guy at the desk was very friendly. Thank you so much Simon and Mark! I highly recommend this place.

I've used Caliber Collision in Clifton Park for several out of pocket repairs and once for an insurance repair. In all cases, they've done great work at competitive pricing. I recommend them to all friends, family and clients.

From the start, they were always very friendly and very helpful. Ramon has done work on my car before and he always does an amazing job. He kept me informed the whole time they had my car. He got it back sooner than the estimated date he had told me. Picking up my car was soo convenient and they made it very easy for me where I can just drop off my rental there. Ian at the front desk was nice enough to contact enterprise for my rental pick up at their shop. They work soo well as a team at Caliber Collision and they go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Ramon and your team for a job well done.

Steam suddenly started coming out from under the hood of my Jeep about a mile from my destination. Since I was in traffic I looked for a safe place to pull over (out of the way). Fortunately for me it was Caliber Collison. The manager came right out and asked me if he could help. His mechanic came out and knew right away it was the water pump and serpentine belt. They called Advance Auto, took me there to get the parts and replaced everything at no cost to me. Needless to say I am extremely grateful to these guys for going above and beyond. WOW
